Great time on the BIGBUS

Our whole group really liked the tour, the only downside was it got a bit chilly on top the bus but that's our fault for not dressing appropriate. Would still do it again for sure👍🏾

Great guide but too long too much traffic and most stops not worth stopping for. Can walk to most yourself and would have been nice to know ahead of time that some stops require a reservation and/or an entrance fee.

The provided maps are outdated and stops may or may not exist. Theres no way to know if you missed the bus. No app to track status. Night tour is same as day just shorter. No new sites or info. The drivers make no accommodation to get you. We were just at the wrong location and flagged him down as he drove by and he pointed to the fact we were not waiting at correct location which was about 50 ft away on the same side of road. So we waited 30 mins for next bus. Many other on off buses id consider before booking here again. They all travel same routes others seem to have more buses on the road and more direction where to go.

I stood at the spot designated for me, and waited over 1/2 hour at around 5pm and nothing happened. I believe one bus passed me by. I tried to signal to them, but nothing happened. Next time I will stand in the middle of the road and demand all buses that look like mine stop.

Terrible driver talked too fast no forward warning about getting off and what you can see once off the bus it was so bad we got off after 15 minutes.
