You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We were picked up as indicated, although the pick up spot could have been better transmitted. Driver knowledgeable and an excellent driver, a little funny; a Scotsman. The tour hits the highlights and often tried to find specific events going on at the same time, like filming.

The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about Scotland history. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit some of the places due to bad weather conditions, but the company offered us other options instead.

Our guide Brian was an Outlander enthusiast himself! He has watched the series multiple times, and is extremely knowledgeable. He pointed out all kinds of sites and told us lots of history. He had interesting anecdotes about his experience with the local filming of the series, and went the extra mile to answer questions and tell us about what we saw. Loved it!

The whole trip was wonderful, all the little towns, every one of them where episodes of Outlander were shot, and our driver was very knowledgeable about pointing out every little detail, he's a rare gem and a sweet guide too, so helpful. Sadly we missed seeing them shoot part of the episode by 1 day at Midhope Castle.

Small town stops were very picturesque. Sound system on bus was poor so hard to follow the narration. The pace of the trip was good. Drop off and pick up.points were inconvenient for me.

Great trip! Brendan was exceptionally knowledgeable and humorous. He made the trip! We weren’t just sight seeing we were having an experience. My two favorite parts were driving into Falkland and seeing the fountain in the square and immediately feeling like the experience was worth it - and it was only the first stop! My second favorite part were Brendan’s stories and jokes, forever will be using the plural of sheep as sheep sheep.

We LOVED this tour. The guide was amazing and the towns we stopped in were fun. This tour would have been great for Reign fans too as there were lots of references to Mary, Queen of Scots. Please note, the buses do NOT have air conditioning.
