In case of the suspension of the boat ride due to rough sea, we will inform the clients so the trip can be rescheduled to another day, or we can take car to Portofino canceling the stop at San Fruttuoso, in this case we can offer lunch menu instead, no partial refund will be offered

the order of the stops, the way we move could be changed with or without prior notice in a way to offer the best experience

the presence of minors should be comunicated in advance indicating their precise age in order to offer a baby seat in line with itlalian regulations

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
