Stefano gave us a wonderful tour of Florence! He told us about the history of everything we saw, allowed us to stop for photos, and provided a great dinner recommendation afterwards. He came prepared for the chilly evening with a blanket which we greatly appreciated! Would absolutely recommend booking with him.

Ivan was our guide and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable! I am traveling with my 82 year old mother who is mobility challenged and we were able to fit her collapsible walker in the rickshaw between us which was really helpful. The rain on our first day created a little bit of a snafu but Stefano was incredibly kind and generous in allowing us to reschedule. He stayed in constant communication with me and sincerely wished for our excursion and our vacation to be fun and enjoyable.

We opted for 1.5 hour tour and it was great! The tour was very informative and after the tour we made a plan of what we wanted to prioritise for the next day. I liked that we were shown some hidden gems that you probably wouldn’t find alone. The English speaking was excellent and all of our questions were answered. Good service and very happy customers.

What an exceptional experience seeing Florence by rickshaw with Ivan! I had taken a golf cart tour in June and the rickshaw tour was far superior. The golf cart tour just whizzed through the streets whereas Ivan was able to pull over and stop frequently to point out special sites and tell fascinating stories. He was so professional and knowledgeable about art history and architecture, as well as being very personable. It was the best tour I’ve taken and made all the difference in giving an overview of fascinating Florence. I highly recommend Ivan and his rickshaw!

Stefano was energetic and knowledgeable. He told us so much history about the city and took us to many different places. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat and grab a drink. It was an amazing experience, our guide was super talented. He had all the historical background with story telling talents. We had a chance to listen history of all important structures of the city. Definitely the best way and fastest way to get to know the city in detail. Super advised.

Our tour guide Stefano was awesome, he had tons of knowledge about the entire city & it's rich history. If you had questions he was the guy to ask. Plus, he would stop and take pictures for you. If you need to stop for anything, it wasn't a problem. It did rain quite a bit. But Stefano was in good spirits. He made you as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this tour for anyone. It's nice not having to walk, and having his as your guide is amazing. He made you feel like family! We would love to spend more time in Florence, next time we visit Italy. Do this tour, you won't regret it!
