    Nice “quick” tour where Raquel shared a lot of great history about Duomo construction and minor architectural changes over 600 year period, and the significance of Florence during medieval transition to the renaissance. Just a snapshot really but very interesting.

    Our tour started late and ended early. We were only able to understand about half of the guide’s English. We paid almost three times the advertised rate, which likely increased our expectations for the experience.

    The tour in Florence was well worth the money. Eduardo was a very friendly and informative guide....I would definitely recommend for all to do when visiting Florence. Ty Eduardo!!

    The tour guide was very knowledgeable and it was helpful to have someone highlight the more interesting sites . However , we really didn’t stop and go inside any attractions we merely passed by them . I was hoping we would at least spend a few minutes inside the attractions that were free and didn’t require ticket

    WASTE OF TIME TOUR

    If had a less - than 1 star would give it! We paid for a WALKING TOUR OF FLORENCE to see Duomo, Bapistry, Uffizi, Pointe Vecchio, to end at Pitti Palace. We choose this tour specifically over the non specific walking tour. What we got was walking past Medici Residence,Medici church, marketplace, wine window near fashion district, and fashion street where guide received a cell call saying he needed to come back to office to take another tour. Waste of our precious limited time in Florence. Boring and uninteresting, WORST tour we've ever taken. We should receive a FULL refund plus money for our lost time and inability to see Florence top sites! DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR!!! If brochure reads meet at via di Martelli, 33r, run as fast as you can from this tour.

    The tour company was chaotic and unorganized. Everyone was super friendly, but they also all seemed at their wits end. The tour guide was similarly kind but didn’t seem super interested in…being a tour guide. I’m sure it’s tiring in the heat.

    La guìa,muy conocedora de la Historia de Florencia. La cantidad de niños jóvenes ( miles ) sin ningún interés por la historia ó el arte,hace imposible disfrutar por esta maravilla de ciudad. En mi opinión,deberían fijarse dos días a la,semana para colegios e instituto ( grupos ),el resto de días para adultos. Es una pena las horas perdidaspor una entrada a un monumentos,los gritos,las voces..... de los niños jóvenes.
