Best food tour

Howie was a great guide. He knew so many interesting facts and fun quips about all of the stops. The food was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this tour, and if you can get Howie, you are guaranteed a fantastic time!

This was an amazing tour with an awesome host, Howie. His personality was jovial and he was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and town. Great learning about Fort Lauderdale. Historical buildings and hotel. This hands down was an amazing tour and the food was sooooo good!

The entire food tour was excellent. All of the restaurants we stopped at and tasted different foods were very good. And all the restaurants and foods we sampled were unique. Our guide was from the area and not only knew the food but the history of the restaurants and the area. She made the tour fun talking about the history and local things to do. My wife and I have taken food tours all over the world and I can honestly say I was "full" at the end of this tour. I think it was a great value for the money and very fun.

What a great foodie tour! Howie took us to five restaurants and while we ate, he gave us a very entertaining synopsis of Fort Lauderdale's history. The tour was very well organized and the food/drinks were top notch. Highly recommend!

Taylor has got to be one of the best guides in the world. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. I’m sure when we come back we will do it again.

Wasn't my favorite food and drink tour

Booked this to explore the city more, plus I enjoy booking food and cocktail tours when I visit different places but I found the tour guide to be overbearing. Every few minutes he forced our group to say his name and forced engagement to the point where I felt exhausted halfway through the tour and wanted it to be over. If it wouldn't have been obvious due to there being more people I would have left early but there was only a handful of us. The food was OK, nothing spectacular so that, plus the host made it an experience I could've went without. The host meant well and you can tell he loves his job but he needs to read the room better and understand when he's overdoing it. Plus you need to also gage that some people present may be more introverted so certain things may cause social anxiety. I gave 3 stars because I can tell that his intentions were good and there were a couple of nice plates/cocktails but I wouldn't do this particular tour again unfortunately.
