For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The tour guide and driver both was amazing. He gave us a heads up about his primary language is spanish however he did a great job with giving knowledge about the keys. He also helped us with the trolley ride. Everyone was on time at pick up which made the trip smoother in a timely fashion.

The trip to Key West was overall a good experience. Our guide was wonderful along the ride and gave lots of information about the history of the overseas highway and things to do in Key West. The only thing I will say is that with all the stops along the way, the 4 hour bus ride was 7 for us on the way there, who were picked up first and about 5 on the way back. Not sure I would do that again but I think for the price, it’s worth it. Just really good to plan ahead for what you will be doing in key west, it’s difficult to navigate, even with the map.

Worthwhile Trip to the Keys

The trip was great. Although the travel time was very long it was worthwhile. There were enough options to explore. Key West is beautiful and relaxing! The tour guide, Louis, was great and personable. He was very informative and realistic regarding timing. If you are thinking about it just book. Prepare for the long ride and stops going and coming and stay open to the overall experience.

It’s legit! Was a little sketchy having to Uber to a random hotel to be picked up at 5:30am. I was very sick that morning and tried to see if we could move it to the next day and that was a no go. We chose to do this less than 24 hours before hand so we knew the option of getting the money back wasn’t going to be an option. Pay for the seats that allow you to sit in the front. You can’t really get good pictures in the other seats. The guy who did ours was as friendly as could be. He did great with telling about the areas we were in. I wish we would have done the dolphin watch or snorkeling. Don’t even think about walking everywhere. It’s hot and the beach is a mile from the bus stop. The beach isn’t a good way to get an idea of key west either. It would have been so much better if we did something on the water. Make sure by the time you get off the bus you got a good plan of what you’re doing. They sell different tickets to different things on the bus. They are really good at helping you plan it out. I would do it again!

IT was a long day from 6 am til 11 pm - but someone else did the driving and he was very good. The commentator did well when he talked, could have told more history. Coach was comfortable but seats were hard to adjust. Walked to southern point - one mile one way - took up a lot of our 6 hours - did glass bottom boat - a lot got sick - wouldn't do again, not that much to see - seas were rough. finding food was a challenge - it was there, just what and where - walked 13K while there. Glad we were not driving.

Going over the Seven Mile Bridge was incredible! Spending time in Key West which is quaint & easy to walk around was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. The Hemingway house, with the a tour was well worth the visit!

Our ride over the 7-mile bridge was both beautiful and impressive. In addition, our tour guide, David, gave an interesting and well-informed explanation of the Keys. Our time on the island was “just right.” Manny, our driver, was professional and well skilled. We felt safe and comfortable during our entire trip. Both David and Manny were kind, respectful, helpful, and so very pleasant. GREAT STAFF! GREAT TRANSPORTATION! GREAT TIME! A REAL TRIFECTA! MANY, MANY THANKS!

Nice trip every body should take visiting Florida. Only bus is cold. So bring a sweater procent jacket. No stop on way back. That is pitty. A long ride to Fort Lauderdale (5 hours sitting).

Key West is a nice place with many interesting historical places.

Disappointing Transportation

- additional $20 charge per person to sit in front seats - no on-board wi-fi as advertised - stay in Key West was shortened by an hour due to a traffic jam on the way in - we travelled for a long time on a shuttle bus to get to the tour bus, only to have to then pick up everyone else - I feel that if a couple of shuttle buses were sent out in different directions, it would have made for a much shorter trip - we were 7 hours from pickup to Key West - Key West itself was great

Cheapest way to get to the Keys

The ride itself was pretty straight forward. You get 6 hours in Key West,which is enough to see most sights (avoid the Aquarium - it’s pretty depressing to see the animals in those sad and undecorated tubs). Sadly the AC wasn’t working properly on the way back. It was way to hot given the outside temperatures and the number of people inside. The driver did a few resets,but there was no way of fixing it (which has been already a problem on previous tours!). The UBER transfer from Miami to Fort Lauderdale went pretty smoothly though. Overall it’s probably the cheapest way to get to the Keys, but it could have been a little smoother and colder!
