Not much to it but it’s very cool being up that high. Only unfortunate thing is there’s thick glass around that’s usually smudged. I went at night time and amazing how large the city is.

The 50th floor and the open space on top were not accessible. They told us they were in maintenance, but we were NOT told that when we bought the tickets. Overal is quite pricey for just an elevator ride and a 360º sihtseeing from a 49th floor. And the view is only interesting after sunset. During the day what you see is just a hazy vast expanse of city buildings.

A short ride in the lift to the viewing floor. This provided a 360 degree view of Saigon. I honestly think that the experience could have been even better if you had been able to purchase a drink/food and take in the view even longer.

One one the best views of Ho Chi Min, we recomand to do this at night, the lights are incredible! The price is afordable and is safe!

The experience was very good. And we enjoyed the sweeping views of Saigon. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Certainly a must do if visiting downtown. My only disappointment was no cocktail bar. I would like to come back at night to see the city lit up.

Nice view of Saigon from the 49th floor. Some photo ops as well with the background as well as a couple of props like a Vietnamese cycle. Souvenir shops available too. Typically takes about 30 minutes only.

It was my 3rd visit and it never really gets tiring. I have visited with different friends each time and the look of satisfaction on their faces makes it all the more satisfying for me.

Bitexco is easy to find. The entance to admission is prominent and easy to change to the entrance ticket via the app. The staff was all very friendly and the perfect time is head up is before the sunset. Day and night view of lovely Saigon at the skydeck. Two thumbs up.

We paid for tickets that included an English speaking guide as well as the sky deck. We’re disappointed to see sky deck was closed for renovations and no guide. I understand things need renovating but the staff still took our tickets

We were told to go up in the lift, and there was a baracade across the entrance to the viewing deck. I asked a staff member why couldnt we go out on the deck, she said I dont know ask someone else. It was closed for renovation. Nobody told us. So very disapointing. No apologies no guide to talk to. A waste of money.

June 2022. Sky deck is closed. They do not allow access to this level at all. Bar restaurant also closed. No word of it being closed when showing tickets or going up. They drop you off at the floor below. Funny how Viator is selling tickets for something that cannot be accessed.

The skydeck is not at the top of the tower but it offered great views of the city nonetheless. Staff were friendly and professional. One of many great things to do in Saigon.
