Had a great time on this tour with our guide Natalie! Natalie is an amazing tour guide and always accommodating the needs of everyone in the group (there was a big range of ages on the tour). All of the stops on this trip were great it's hard to pick a favourite! I would recommend going to optional activity The Ship That Never Was in Strahan.

The tour guide Evan is the best guide we have ever met. He provided detailed yet interesting history of the places we visited. His driving was considerate and recommendations were excellent.
DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR

The four stars are for Under Down Under (the tour operator) but I give zero stars to Viator. After booking our tour, we requested a date change. This was confirmed by them and we received a confirmation number, booking reference, and a new mobile ticket. We then booked our flights and accommodations for before and after the tour. Turns out they overbooked the tour and our only option was to take a tour the following week. We were left with zero compensation for the out of pocket costs we incurred to stay in Hobart for an extra week and change our return flight. Customer service was frustrating, we continued to be blamed for the situation and left without any communication. They “concluded” that they were not at fault and there was no compensation to be given. I said this was unacceptable and that there needed to be a fair resolution. I have not received a response since. Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking with Viator at all costs. I wish I had booked directly with the tour operator. Will never use Viator again.
