Pros Good tour. Informative. Cons Can’t tour below deck. Disappointing. One tour couple had an accident on cruise ship. Was taken to emergency room and missed tour. Visitor has ER doctors statement but to date has not issued a refund for the couple.

A must see experience made easy

We were on a cruise ship and were notified the day before exactly where we’d be picked up and I was right outside the terminal. Roland picked us up bang on time and drove us to Pearl Harbor pointing out places of interest on the way. He explained how the process worked and we had Arizona tickets for 11.45. We also had USS Missouri tickets and so we were given a later pick up time than the others in our group. We had the perfect amount of time there for what we wanted to see. This meant that the rest of our tour group left earlier and we had a private tour with Roland who had so much knowledge about Hawaii and the places we went. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and Roland

Drivers have good information about the areas we went past. The trip was worthwhile and the USS Arizona is a must see when in Oahu.

Excellent ride to PH, with comp upgrade to a limo service.Too much info instructions at the drop off. Would simplify and make print out guide instructions to walk thru and timing at different sites to be given out at the start. Good thing we were in a big group who can remember all the things. Ride back , the aircon was working but not cold, we were sweating inside. Downtown tour is educational, driver could give more info about town on the drive to PH. Did not offer cold drinks during start of return drive.

A near perfect day. Tom gave us a tour of Honolulu after he picked us up. We should have asked for a pickup at our cruise ship rather than taking a cab to designated hotel.

We were picked up in style by our driver, Tom who was superb. Friendly, helpful and informative. Great communication from the company via WhatsApp to confirm pick up time and place. Tom gave us our tickets at Pearl Harbour and gave good advice on what to do. Water, juice and snacks were provided. The journey back consisted of a city tour of Honolulu and was overall a brilliant day. I would definitely recommend this tour of Pearl Harbour and Missouri battleship. Tom was fantastic. Excellent historical opportunity

The Pearl Harbor and Missouri experience were excellent. The only criticism we had was transportation. Riding in a limo to and from may seem great , but not for over 60 crowd or families with babies. In addition, while the after tour of Honolulu was good, sitting in side seats in limo is not good for viewing . Also, a/c in limo was not good.

A moving visit to Pearl...

A moving visit to Pearl Harbour and the Missouri Battleship tour. Was lucky to be able to visit the Arizona Memorial & see the ship underneath it. You can still see the oil floating on the sea. The Missouri Battleship - wow! it was amazing to see the size of it especially the guns, my husband looked tiny compared to the guns! Overall, it was a good day apart from the driver - well he could do better with his commentary during the drive to other sites such as the Punchbowl cemetery etc. Otherwise it was a good day with a very small group of 6 people.
