If your pick up location is in the area of Ko Olina or Turtle Bay on the North Shore, please email or call us for booking information. Pick up time varies from 7:30 am to 10:30 am depending on the availability of tickets to the USS Arizona. You will receive a text message the evening before your tour with your finalized pick up time and additional important information about visiting Pearl Harbor. Minimum 3 passengers required for this tour. If your pick up location is the airport please send us your flight number prior your tour date.

Well worth it!

Noelani was amazing! From our pickup to drop-off, she took care of us ensuring we knew exactly what to do and where to go. We had a short weather delay seeing the Arizona that Noelani helped us through and got us back on track with ease. Felt very well taken care of the entire time. We had a wonderful experience and our tour guide was excellent. We did run into some issues with checking our bags, so please be mindful that there may be some wait time involved. Our guide was incredible helpful in resolving our issues with the bag check. The tour was very moving and not for everyone, but we enjoyed the history and the respectful memorial to our country's heroes.

Being in/on the Arizona Memorial and looking down into the water where the divers take ashes to be added to those already interred there. Studying the nearby illustration of 2 divers holding an urn in their hands as they prepared to "take it down" into the burial chamber of the ship. Very moving!!!

Great guide and comfortable ride. We booked a private tour because we had heard how crowded the sites can get. While it wasn’t too crowded when we went, it was such a treat to have a local show us around and give us tips on how to make the most out of our experience.

Private Tour IS Worth the Money!

We enjoyed the private tour, but it IS merely a shuttle service with a private van and narration. You are required to be dropped-off and picked-up by a professional service to qualify for their USS Arizona tickets. But, having categorized it as that, we were seeking a private tour and Rick made it a great experience. Just his insight into where to go, how much time we had to spend there, and where to sit to get the best experience was well worth the money for our family! From Rick's knowledge and his explanations in our tour, we learned a number of new things that we did not know that were cause for discussion with our family for the next couple of days--like I said, this option is well worth the money!

You did not have to wait on line for the Pearl Harbor Shuttle bus to Ford Island: you were driven directly there in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle. We are very happy that everything Rich provided for you, his expertise, your private transportation, tickets to both the USS Arizona and the USS Missouri was "well worth the money". My husband is a history buff and has always wanted to visit the USS Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor, and the USS Missouri (his maternal grandfather was on this ship on the day of surrendering- 9/2/1944). He looked at all the different tour packages and chose "this one". He didn't want a group tour- he didn't want to be rushed and wanted to get the full experience. Well, Rich did not disappoint! Rich not only gave us tons of information- all the ins and outs of what to do, where to go, what to see, what to expect....- but he also gave us an additional tour of parts of Honolulu that we weren't expecting. Rich is super friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him all to ourselves so we could pick his brain and get his inside information. It was definitely worth the price to have him as our private tour guide.

Great private tour in Honolulu

Two couples took a tour off a cruise ship to see the Arizona Memorial and the battleship Missouri. Our guide was great. He gave us a driving tour around the area and set us up to see the Arizona. Afterward we did lunch by the Missouri and then toured the ship before heading back to our cruise ship. Only downside was wishing we had more time to wander the battleship. Highly recommend this tour!

Not worth the money

This experience is not worth the money. The guide, Rich, was polite and friendly however he pretty well left us to guide ourselves. We got to the primary Pearl Harbor area and he pointed out where some of the displays were, handed us our boat tickets for the Arizona, and said that he would be back to pick us up at noon. (This was at about 10am) He also explained that if we wanted information about any of the events or displays, we could ask a park ranger. Then, when we were picked up by him at noon, he drove us to the Missouri and left us with a guide from the Missouri to do the actual tour. 45 minutes later, he regrouped with us and walked us through the lower deck of the boat. I could have received the same level of service by purchasing our own tickets and paid extra for a “private tour”. Don’t waste your money on a private tour because you’ll have to explore on your own anyway.

Aloha Brett We have taken hundreds of groups on this tour to the USS Arizona and the USS Missouri and have developed a very good product over the many years we have been offering this tour. This tour has been developed to provide our guests an optimal experience of the USS Arizona, Visitor’s Center, and USS Missouri, and to do this it is important that guests adhere to the timeline we provide for their tours. You were advised the evening before by text that your pickup time was 8:45am and that being on time was very important. Unfortunately, you didn’t adhere to the timeline and as a result we had to adjust our tour to accommodate your tardiness which undoubtedly had an impact on your experience. You arrived at 9:35am - almost an hour late. Had you been on time, we would have conducted the tour by first going to Punchbowl Cemetery and the City Highlights, where along the way Rich would have been providing expert guidance on the history and culture of Pearl Harbor and the Hawaiian Islands, plus listening to a 34-minute lecture done by a historian about the Pearl Harbor attack. However, because you were late, we had to rearrange the tour so you could get onto the USS Arizona with your timed tickets. Rich took you inside the Visitor’s Center and provided his expertise on how to navigate the park to optimize your time there. Commercial tour operators are not permitted to walk around the park with their guests which is why he directed you to speak with the Park’s Department rangers if you had questions. After leaving the Visitor’s Center, Rich brought you directly to the USS Missouri, offering private transportation to Ford Island, where the entrance to the USS Missouri is located, and gave you a presentation explaining the historical significance of the battleship and the end of WWII, also history about The Oklahoma Memorial. He recommended that you take the docent tour as a complement to his presentation, after which he arranged to meet you to continue the tour. After your visit to the USS Missouri, he was going to take you to the remainder of the tour to drive through Punchbowl Cemetery and to Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha Statue; even though this was supposed to be done first thing in the morning, our company was willing to extend the length of the tour, an extra cost for us, to provide you with a full experience, but you declined to continue the tour. As you can see, in order for us to fulfill our mission of providing optimal and outstanding experiences to our customers, we only ask, from you to follow our guidance and timelines, something that you failed to do. We hope in the future, we can provide to you and beautiful family an experience that will bring you excellent memories. We also understand that accommodations may needed when traveling with children.
