Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Informative and very interesting

It was a great tour, but it was a long day and worth every minute. I learned a lot about what happened on December 7, 1941 that I was not aware of previously. I almost felt like I was back there in 1941. Be sure to be at your pick up point a bit early so that getting onto the bus and onto the next pick up spot goes smoothly. Take the advice of your tour guide for managing your tour. That really helped to us see everything we wanted to see and got us back to the bus at the end of our tour at the designated time. Thank you for everything. Hope to see you again soon.

Our cruise ship was 40 minutes behind on letting us leave the ship. Viator rearranged the schedule and we got to do everything on the Experience. I did not expect such service. I was quite impressed. Would certanly recommend this company.

Ro-Ro our guide was awesome!! The tour was great and our ride was on time and took us safely to our destination and back to hotel. She was very informative and gave us so much history of the island during our drive. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We saw everything we wanted to. The air museum was a little thin compared to others. Our guide was very good. Wish we could have spent more time at the Punchbowl.

Not so much a tour as transportation and tickets

The tour “guide” was very friendly, and everything was done in an organized and punctual manner. However, this really is not a tour. They will pick up and drop off at your hotel, and they will drop you off at each site along the route with a ticket and a time to meet back at the van. That’s basically it. I have booked several tours through Viator in the past, and the guide is with you or at least on site helping you find things the entire time, giving you some history, etc. This is not like that at all. It’s basically an Uber xl and tickets. Nothing wrong with that if it’s what you want, but I had hopes for something slightly more immersive.

Excellent day, don't know that we would have been able to coordinate all 4 exhibits by ourselves . Tour guide, Arlaine, was fabulous and full of local lore and historical knowledge.

Our tour guide, Arlaine, with Karmatours was amazing! Bowfin submarine was very interesting and the Battleship Missouri was well worth the visit! Aviation museum is excellent as well. So much history in one tour and you could tell how much pride the facilities and people running them had which is great to see in todays world of cancel culture.

The USS Arizona is a very emotional part of the tour. Being there and hearing some of the stories makes you realize that we have our freedoms due to the sacrifices of others. Our tour guide was great and the USS Missouri was informative.

We booked this experience months ago, as it was very important to us visiting the historic site. They did not show up! Trying so hard to find them- no success! We chose the specific hotel according to they wrote, we chose the specific time -they changed the time ( not 07:00 but 06:40) - the place( not the hotel that we stayed because they wrote the name to pick up) - our name was changed as well! ( maybe it was a mistake. They never wrote us an email the day before as they promised, nor any message. Trying to contact them - in vain! The people in our hotel tried to arrange contact- nothing. They said that the email was sent to Viator- but nobody from that company contacted us. So many mistakes and who should pay for that. We could not arrived to that important place, and that was the main reason to visit Honolulu. Angry and disappointed. Breaking our contract! How could you do this to us???

EXCELLENT Day Experience at Pearl Harbor

This trip was incredible! We were able to see so much in just one tour that was excellently put together by our guide. She was fun & friendly, provided a ton of insight, and got us everywhere on time and without having to deal with the crowd. A couple things we wished were different - more time on the overall tour - it says a day excursion, but for us a day is till 5 or 6 pm. We could have used a bit more time at the first stop - Arizona memorial/main area to really look at the museums. Also, the time at the USS Missouri was not nearly enough. The below deck experience is really cool, but we had to keep moving to see everything before our time was up! As this was our only planned activity for the day, again, another couple hours overall would have been great! Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone!

The Pearl Harbor Passport Tour is one of the best we’ve ever done! This was primarily due to our wonderful guide, Mark! He was an excellent narrator, storyteller, and all around kind person full of anecdotes about Honolulu and Waikiki. The tour covered every aspect of Pearl Harbor and the surrounding attractions.
