I enjoyed visiting the Arizona once we arrived but getting over to the Arizona was another story. Do not presume you have a ticket to get to the Memorial, we were in line on "stand by" for 2.5 hours. This was frustrating! We thought this tour included passes that you could just go to the Arizona when you wished. Our bus driver was very nice and knowledgeable.

Usually we are very successful in acquiring the passes for the Arizona Memorial. I am glad you reached out. We do get tickets to the Arizona Memorial. Unfortunately we do not control what Pearl Harbor decides regarding the amount of tickets released on a daily basis. The Park Ranger makes that decision based on you Safety. I appreciate your understanding and they are always trying to make it safer with upgrading the docking station and rebuilding it so everyone can enjoy Pear Harbor
