We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted should you need to bring essential items such as diapers and formula for infants or medication such as insulin). Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. While tickets are included in all of our Pearl Harbor tours, there are a few times a year there are situations that arise when tickets are not available to us. In this case, we will use the standby procedure by NPS ( National Park Service ) will be used. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time due to public safety. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules.

Roland is a great guide & tour is really worth it

Roland was a safe driver, clearly explained what to do at the memorial, & obviously loved to describe his Hawaiian heritage. To make his "talk story" better for visitors, he could explain what talk story means first, & tell more of his family's history. Thanks Roland for a great tour! It seems like you wanted to see things that were not part of your tour, such as the USS Missouri, which was not part of the tour you booked, and you were offended when you were simply reminded of what your tour included. It appears that you simply wanted to take it out on the driver. We are sorry that you were offended to hear the truth. Once again, thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

It is worth the price we paid for and it took than 4 hours trip as indicated.

Great excursion. Our tour guide was timely and gave us a great briefing before entering national park. Prearranged and timed tickets made it quick to get aboard vessel to the Arizona memorial which was very humbling and impactful. Three hours at park was sufficient. We then did a tour of Honolulu including Memorial Cemetery and Palace (outside view), Diamondhead in distance. Water bottles provided on arrival to park and snack/drinks provided on return. I would recommend this excursion.

The company that provided the tour was terrible. Squeezed too many people into too small of a vehicle. They did not provide all items that were supposed to be included. Would never tour with this company again. Pearl Harbor was awesome to see.

We were surprised to see your dissatisfaction, especially considering we upgraded your tour to a luxury edition without any additional charge, a service that others pay a significant amount for. You purchased a tour, which clearly stated in the tour description that there would be 25 people on that tour. We usually use mini coaches for this tour, but we provided a luxury black SUV with only six passengers on your tour instead of 25. Also, we will provide our clients with complimentary bottled water, bottled tropical juice, a complimentary pack of snacks, and one free t-shirt per group and reservation. Our records show you received all of these. In the end, we thank you for letting us serve you and wish you and your wonderful family a long life.

Disappointing and Extremely Overpriced Tour

I do not recommend this tour. I feel that I was cheated out of my money and that sentiment was shared by the entire group that day. First, the limo that picked us up had a flat tire in the morning so pick up was delayed by 30minutes. Then the guide, although is very nice, doesn’t really give us much a tour of the Pearl Harbor. He pretty much got us into the park, gave us the tickets to the uss Arizona memorial and left us there. We had to tour the entire park by ourselves with no guide. And the ticket price only covers the memorial. Doesn’t cover the Missouri, doesn’t cover the submarine, doesn’t cover the aviation museum. For this type of coverage, other tours that cost $50 do the same. The time given to us is not enough for us to even finish the tour of the USS Missouri either. The only differentiator is the limo but it’s old and it entirely broke down on our way back, so we had to take Waikiki trolley to get back to our hotel. It’s the most disappointing service I ever got on Viator and I’ve traveled a bunch.

However, for your information, we would like to ask you to pay attention to the following points. 1) The vehicle did have a flat tire. This is beyond our control. Everybody gets a flat tire. 2) You said we didn't tour you inside Pearl Harbor. Touring inside Pearl Harbor is against Federal Law. Pearl Harbor is a National Memorial... 3) You bought and paid for an Arizona Memorial tour. All the inclusions for the tour you purchased were clearly stated on the website you purchased it from and on the confirmation you got. You cannot expect to get something that you did not pay for or purchase and complain about it. The tour you are saying takes another 5 hours and another $90 worth of tickets. You did not pay for those. You also complained you didn't have enough time. Five thousand people a day have been on the same tour at the same with the same duration for 20 years. We assume that because you mentioned that you were going to see something that was not included in the tour, you are thinking that your time was short. 4) You did not get a trolley to come back. We put you on a partner tour company's vehicle on the way back to Waikiki because the limo engine was hot and overheating because of traffic. This is not our fault; this is a mechanical problem and was beyond our control. Regarding this, we are talking to the booking agent. Once again, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Very interesting but also disappointed for us

The memorial is very nicely done and was super interesting. However, what we didn't realize beforehand was that the MS Missouri is on the other side. We had only opted for the 4-hour Pearl Habor tour because of another excursion in the afternoon. We thought we would just take a few pictures in front of the ship and skip the one about the Svhiff, because the tour would have taken 8 hours. The only problem is that the ship is not moored at the memorial. So we were very disappointed.

Our tour to the Arizona Memorial was great. Roland arrived right on time and on the drive to Pearl Harbor he gave us fun a fun and interesting narration about the area. When we got to Pearl Harbor he took us into the Park and explained what we needed to do and everything went perfectly . He gave us bottled water and after tour we got sodas and snacks, which was unexpected. We toured historic downtown Honolulu and he again told us great stories. We highly recommend this tour company!
