We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted should you need to bring essential items such as diapers and formula for infants or medication such as insulin). Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. While tickets are included in all of our Pearl Harbor tours, there are a few times a year there are situations that arise when tickets are not available to us. In this case, we will use the standby procedure by NPS ( National Park Service ) will be used. In addition, there are times when the tickets appropriate to the listed pickup time are not available, and instead, the Arizona memorial tickets are for different times. By booking this tour, you are confirming and you agree that we reserve the right to change the pickup times to fit with the available tickets (earlier or later) on a given day. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time for public safety reasons. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules.

Excellent tour to Pearl Harbour and later a City tour. Amazing value for money. Tour guide had really good knowledge and was really personable . Definitely recommend

USS Missouri is better...this is just a shrine and the boat is in the water. There are other options there but you don't have time to use them . City tour is at rush hour so you risk sitting on a highway. I didn't find it particularly informative. Don't reserve around noon.

Please understand that we respect you as a person. However, we do find some of your comments rather insensitive and offensive to those who died on December 7, 1941, their families, and possibly the general public. Referring to the Arizona Memorial which represents the 1,177 service members who died aboard the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor as "just a shrine and the boat is in the water" is a very insulting thing to say. You mentioned that the USS Missouri is better. That is your opinion, and you are entitled to it. Just keep in mind that the USS Missouri is only one of the 2,200 ships that eventually surrounded Japan at the end of the war as a result of what they did on December 7.
You mentioned that there are other options. Yes, that is true. There are other options. But the tour you purchased was for the Arizona Memorial. Imagine if you went to a clothing store and you bought a shirt. Of course, there are other things there, like pants or hats, but you didn't get the pants or hats, you paid for the shirt and that is what you got. There are other tours that you could have reserved that include the other Pearl Harbor attractions like the USS Bowfin or the USS Missouri. What you reserved was this executive-class tour, which has been double-discounted and is for the Arizona Memorial. The reserved tickets for the Arizona Memorial are included, and there is more than enough time to see the Arizona Memorial and the Visitor Center Museums.
You mentioned being in traffic. The city of Honolulu has some of the worst traffic in the United States. As stated in your confirmation, traffic is beyond our control.
In light of your insensitive comment and the fact that the issues you brought up are not really issues, we kindly suggest that you change the rating for your review. You had a wonderful tour, with a wonderful service, with the reserved Arizona Memorial tickets included.

What a wonderful time my husband and I had with our guide Roland Chong from Viator. Our guide took us to the Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial, and explained the entire Memorial and what to expect…we were so thankful for the water he gave us as we walked about the Memorial. The Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial is a must-see, stunning and humbling. Roland picked us up on time, gave us a snack and drink, then skillfully drove us about downtown Honolulu. The history he spoke about was amazing. The time flew by so quickly. Can’t recommend this guide and tour highly enough. Aloha 😊

I am a 4 year U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman Veteran and a 2 year reservist with 4th Marine Division making our visit to the USS Arizona was very much heartfelt. I can’t begin to know or imagine what all those sailors went through on 07 Dec 1941.

This is basically a ride to and from the Arizona Memorial entrance which includes tickets to the memorial, and a city tour on the drive back. The Bowfin submarine is in the same area, but you have to pay for the tickets. The drive was chauffeured in an SUV, i was picked up at my hotel and I sat in the front so was easy for me. You could be a little cramped in the back. The cost for one person, on sale, was 40 dollars which was worth the price. Seems like most of these are just a ride, so be aware what you are paying for.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you and for explaining our service. But we think you miss understanding and need to understand what you paid for and what you got.
You bought our cheapest tour, which was discounted from the original price by almost 40% and became even cheaper or better, say, the most affordable tour in the market today. You should be in a mini coach with 30 others, which was an excellent tour. We upgraded you complimentary to our Luxury edition tour, which is 4 times more than the price that you paid, and instead of 30 people, you have been only with only five more people ( total of 6 pax ), and instead of a mini coach, you have been to ride with a luxury SUV with a nicer class senior tour guide which is about seven feet tall and strictly servicing VIPs and without waste of the time and hassle did a Pearl Harbor tour and all passengers including you received three times within 4.5 hours complimentary drink and stacks, Reserved ticket for the USS Arizona Memorial tour and orientation in Pearl Harbor. This is the luxury Pearl Harbor tour you can imagine exists, and this did not satisfy you enough to give us a five-star rating.
However, once again, thank you for allowing us to serve you, and we wish you a long time.

Roland was an excellent guide... Easy, on time pick up and drop off at the memorial and well timed ferry tickets.. mini tour after was informative and fun.. Drinks and snacks appreciated also!!

The tour was good small group great guide. Only complaint is bus could take 13 people but when you have several larger size people it becomes very uncomfortable even for short trips.

This is an amazing historical display of such a terrible day in history. The respect that is shown to those that died on December 7, 1941 is wonderful.
Our tour guy was great. Was very helpful showing us where we needed to be and when.
As he drove us around the city he kept us informed as to the sites.

Pearl Harbor was self guided and obvious interesting. City tour was awkward. Driver was pointed out things but didn’t explain much. City tour wasn’t worth it. Overall ok

The tour you had was half the price or half the cost of our executive class tours but with the same quality. This Pearl Harbor tour included a drive-through Honolulu City tour. We are not sure what you were expecting. This is a brief drive through downtown Honolulu with a short stop at the statue of King Kamehameha for pictures. The purpose of this drive-through tour, which is added to the end of a Pearl Harbor tour, is to show passengers a brief overview of the historic landmarks in Honolulu, but it is not an in-depth exploration of each site. Your tour was about Pearl Harbor, with the reserved Arizona Memorial tickets included. This tour also included round-trip transportation, a complimentary bottle of water, a complimentary can of tropical Hawaiian juice, and a complimentary snack for each passenger.
