Dear travelers, to receive your tickets, you must travel in our commercial vehicle at Pearl harbor. We cannot meet you at Pearl Harbor and hand over your tickets, it’s against Pearl Harbor policies. A day prior between 12pm - 4pm local time all travelers with U.S phone numbers will receive a text message, International travelers will receive an email message with all pick up details.

Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Too many changes to pickup area, guide did not guide the tour at the base. If you want a guided tour at the base then go with a different tour.

Important tour - definitely worth it

Loved seeing the USS Arizona and the Bowfin subramine was really interesting. The tour made it easy to get to Pearl Harbor, skip the long lines and get us back to the pier. I am glad the tour guide made the decision to cut one-hour off the tour otherwise we would have been hanging around the grounds with nothing left to see. The extra time gave us the opportunity to see some other important sites in Honolulu. Definately a very moving experience but the would benefit from cutting the tour length by at least an hour.

Ro Ro, our driver, was fantastic! The tour was very good, a little long, but good. I would suggest that you include information about bag restrictions on your site as we didn't hear about them until the day before from the tour company and weren't prepared for that.

Emotional and physically demanding

The Arizona Memorial trip was very emotional for us. Seeing all those names etched into the granite wall and the docent's description of how many survivors have decided to be buried there with their shipmates was very moving. The walk through the submarine Bowfin was difficult for older people but very interesting. It's hard to imagine people living there, sleeping in cots over torpedoes.

Arranged through Karma Tours, picked up at Cruise Terminal. Small group of cruise passengers. Karma chosen after cruise ship tour was sold out. Neil the Founder picked me up and then arranged me to join an earlier tour of 4. I was able to get to see USS Arizona and while was allocated for USS Bowfin, I used time for spur of moment USS Missouri visit. Karma proved flexible and accommodating, my guide Ben was an experienced pro who gave the group plenty of time to wander, sightsee and shop. Highly recommended!
