What an experience

This is the best safari park that we have ever been to. So many animals and so much space for them. We had the best guide - Dusty, she was so much fun and extremely knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have gone at feeding time which only happens every 5 days or so. We saw so many lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, wildebeest, impalas, spotted and striped hyenas and wild dogs. Feeding time with the lions was an absolute honour. A male lion lay right next to our van whilst eating- unbelievable.

Not a nice experience

The animals are fenced in and fed by the staff. Not at all natural. You ride in a cage, and it is very difficult take pictures. Go to Kruger or Chobe or the Serengheti if you want to see African animals. This place is just sad.

We had a great time overall, we did this in between flights because we had a really long layover at the airport. Much better way to spend the afternoon instead of being stuck in the airport all day.

I only had a couple of days in Johannesburg and really wanted to see some animals, especially giraffes. I was able to see giraffes, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and so much more in 2 hours! Our guide was hilarious and even let us get out to take pictures when it was safe. Highly recommend!

We had a great time going to the Lion Park with our guide, Sello and Mo'Afrika tours. It was a fun half-day trip from Johannesburg and we got up close with tons of animals--from lions and cheetahs to a friendly giraffe named Zoe who was curious about our truck and come right up to us! We would highly recommend this to people who are only in town for a day or two and might not have time for an actual safari. It's close enough and you still get to see wildlife.

Starting from the beginning, the driver who picked us up from the hotel Gasa was such a joy! This tour at the lion park was such a wonderful experience. Coming from the USA and getting to see all of those beautiful animals up close and personal was amazing. Our tour guide Ben was absolutely phenomenal! He was so friendly and filled with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend this tour to anyone because it definitely was a memorable experience.

This was an amazing tour. I had already done 3-4 safaris in the last two weeks, but had some extra time before my flight back to the US and decided to book this tour. I knew I could never get enough of seeing more animals. Well, this tour and the animals that they have exceeded our expectations and I was so glad that I did another once in a lifetime experience. We then recommended it to a friend who had more time before we did for her departure (so she did the afternoon tour) and she remarked back as well about what an amazing tour it was! Highly recommend!!

Excellent Excursion. Highly Recommended! I went on a solo trip and I have really enjoyed it and was able to get great photos and I would do it again.
