What To Expect

Enter your details when you book, and your Lihue airport shuttle transfer is confirmed automatically. When you land, bypass the taxi lines, show your confirmation voucher to the driver, and then climb aboard your Kuai airport shuttle. Our driver, Hector, was right there when we landed. Had a sign with our name on it so it was easy to find him. He was very pleasant & personable. Definitely recommend shuttle service to all my friends/family when visiting Hawaii. I have used the shuttle on all islands and it has always been top notch!!!

There was confusion from Viator as to who was to pick us up at the Lihue airport. A Uber driver made contact with us but used a Colorado cell number. We thought it was a scam and then the Uber driver put us in the middle of poor scheduling with Viator. This is the second time we had a problem with Viator (Nov/22 on Maui).

Francisco was terrific meeting us at the airport! This is advertised as “round” trip, however, we have had no contact or confirmation of a return ride to the airport. Also, the advertised price was not the final. An additional $20 was charged. Just want to help other travelers avoid these surprises. I’ve always been loyal to and promoted Viator when traveling, so I hope this is not a new norm.

We started off a bit rocky having landed late with no phone number to contact the shuttle company. She didn’t have ours either. Finally managed to get in touch with the main office and our driver Mei proved to be amazing. She provided us with information and stories about the island both on arrival and on return to the airport.
