A geological kaleidoscope, Kauai's impressive Waimea Canyon—at 14 miles (22.5 kilometers) long, one mile (1.6 kilometers) wide, and 3,600 feet (1,097 meters) deep—is Hawaii's version of the Grand Canyon. In fact, some say Mark Twain was the first to lend it its nickname: the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Stop along the scenic drive on its winding rim road for panoramic views of a far-below river, awe-inspiring drop-offs, excellent hiking, and waterfall-lined crevasses, all just a short way away from the Garden Isle's legendary Na Pali Coast.

Beautiful beyond imagination!
This was a great tour despite a little rain. We experienced the fern grotto, Waimea Canyon and more. It was a great way to spend a day and to see part of Kauai in greater depth. Our tour guide, Sabrina, was engaging and a wealth of information. Her knowledge of history, language and her culture brought more depth and insight into the day. We would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing scenic tour !
We loved the views of Waimea Canyon and the Spouting horn. Our driver Salvatori was very knowledgeable about Kauai's history. He was friendly, and had a great sense of humor. My husband and I recommend this tour. We had a great time!

Amazing location, must see!!
Waimea Canyon was so amazing! Photos don't do it justice. You really should go. We had about 30 minutes there which was a good amount of time. The road trip is windy though and takes a while to get there. Loved it so much!
