Passenger Policy
1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions can vary and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for some folks (all physically challenged individuals are subject to captain's discretion).
2. Not recommended for individuals who have or have had back problems, recent injuries or surgeries, or suffer from severe motion sickness (no refunds are given for sea sickness). Seasickness is best prevented with an over-the-counter remedy.
3. No expectant mothers.
4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice. Ocean conditions can and will sometimes turn rough. Snorkeling depends on ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours by Holo Holo Charters are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. "No Shows" or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
9. We reserve the right to refuse service.

10. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
11. We do not land on shore.
12. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
13. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed; guests are required to use traditional two-piece snorkel and mask sets.
14. If you do not have your prescribed medication with you, i.e. Inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication and/or any other daily medications, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
15. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
16. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
17. All tours are "Bare-Foot". Passengers will remove their shoes prior to boarding. Only orthopedic/diabetic exceptions will be made at captain's direction.
18. In accordance with our liquor license, guests may not bring their own alcohol and IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol will be served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
19. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft allowed on-board.
20. Spray-on/aerosol sunscreen is a safety hazard and may not be used on-board the vessel.
21. Our vessels are equipped with sensitive marine heads (toilets) that clog easily. Do not flush anything other than what your body produces and the toilet paper we provide.
22. Please use Holo Holo parking lot only or your care will be towed.
As a company that puts sustainability at the forefront of goals, we request you bring your own reusable water bottle with you on tour.

The boat was very nice. The captain Christian Aaron and Jessica were all fantastic beautiful scenery. Unbelievable experience will last a lifetime seeing the Nepali coast was a treat several dolphins and even a whale sighting and the top it off on the way back we had a rainbow.

Captain Cole took us on a great tour of the coast! He navigated the catamaran so close to the caves and explained the coastline’s history, hiking trails and animals to us. The crew were super friendly, funny and made sure we were all comfortable. The captain made sure we saw some whales on our way back. Dinner with whales in view was wonderful. We got back to dock just after sunset. The waves were a little choppy and everyone got a little wet, but it was an amazing time.

Such an awesome experience! Our crew Captain Christian, Ahren and Jay were phenomenal from all the knowledge about the Na’Pali coast to the Ohana vibe on board it was well worth it! We were lucky enough to see several whale sightings and Captain Christian gave us plenty of opportunities to take pictures of the whales, Na’Pali coast and beautiful sunset!! The food was delicious and the Mai Tai’s were definitely a hit!

A great way to see the Na Pali coast! Boat was spotless and there were ample snacks, beverages, and dinner. Crew was friendly and very helpful. Saw whales, dolphins right alongside the boat, and the amazing cliffs and scenery, plus sunset on the way back to port. A fabulous day!

This trip is not for the faint of heart. It is not a placid sail around the coast of Kauai. It is a washing machine of waves and wind. Constant 6 to 8 foot rollers to get to the Napali coast, but well worth it. The scenery was breathtaking. We had an amazing Captain and crew. Captain Mike, Nicole, Luke and Lucy. They took such good care of us. And I wasn't expecting the food to be anything more than a place holder til we got back home, but to our pleasant surprise it was excellent. Even went back for seconds. The music played was entertaining and the knowledge of the crew was exceptional. I was impressed with the entire trip. Well worth the money. But go into this knowing it's not a glassy smooth trip and you will earn the beauty you will see. Safe travels!

Fantastic experience with the Captain, and his staff of Zoe and Alex. Wonderful views of whales, turtles and dolphins. The weather kept us from the Na Pali coast but we still saw lovely views. The food was great and there was a sunset champagne toast.

We were blessed with whale and dolphin interactions! The sea was choppy but the crew was able to help whoever needed it and overall we got beautiful weather. The cliffs of course were magical!!! The food was surprisingly great! I didn’t think they would get hot meals on board.

Captain Okole, Zoe, and Hans provided excellent service during our trip. It was an exciting experience as we witnessed a lot of whale activity and enjoyed the breathtaking Na’pali coast. I highly recommend going on this trip, especially during the mid-day. However, be prepared to feel tired afterwards as we ended up sleeping the entire next day. If you are prone to seasickness, you can purchase medication at the charter office. The food served on the trip was light and delicious, and there were plenty of drinks available. Sunscreen is conveniently located in a dispenser at the back of the boat. For parking, I recommend using the gravel area near the docks if your trip is with Holo Charters.
