Overview

Definitely worth checking out if you need to knock out the Phi Phi islands in a day. It was fast paced, and the lunch was simple. There weren't many opportunities to use restrooms on the tour except locations towards the beginning and the end. The best thing about the tour was our guide Stephane. Even though he was the Spanish guide, he did a lot to accommodate the English speakers. He was informative, caring, and energetic.

Great tour, boat not overloaded, plenty of water

Great tour - we felt it was just the right duration and we spent enough time at each location. We had a very friendly team who provided us with water/soft drinks at many opportunities. Guides took photos of us at many locations m, better than relying on selfies. Our boat carried 11 people with enough space for approx 16 so not too full unlike some boats. Also the smaller boat meant we loaded/unloaded faster than big boats giving us more time.

My husband and I got sick from the provided lunch on this trip, with a bacterial infection. The guides were great and beautiful views, but don’t eat the food.

Since we only provided you with lunch and we have not received any other complaint from our guests on that day? I have to say that on the 11 years that we have been doing this tour, we only had excellent words about our food, which is made by a reputable restaurant in Ao Nang. Again, we are very sorry about this incident, and if you feel like this infection could come from another restaurant, we would appreciate if you could withdraw your review All the best

Pla and Mark were amazing tour guides that made this speed boat trip the Phi Phi Islands fabulous. They were fun, funny, adventurous and spoke great English. They were highly motivated to take us all to spots that were not overrun with tourists. They even offered to take a pic or two for our family in the best spots. This was a day full of open swimming, snorkeling adventures, and a nice rest on a beautiful beach where they made us lunch, making sure I had a gluten free option too. I was not prepared for how crazy Phi Phi Island Maya Bay was, we arrived early at 9:15 but there were still almost a thousand tourists already there. The amount of tourists taking Instagram selfies was laughable, but because the bay was off-limits, you could still get great pictures from the beach that make it look like you’re there alone. It was really pretty at Maya Bay and I recommend you don't miss it, but my favorite places were in the more secluded places where we snorkeled and swam. Pla and Mark make this tour great. I highly recommend it!

Marc, Pla, the captain, and his assistant made our trip so fun and memorable! Great way to see many islands without stressing about transportation and while having experienced guides. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming in the lagoon. Would recommend!

I went with my daughter and we had a great time! The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. They took us to the best lagoon spots where it wasn’t too crowded. They got in the water with us and showed us the where to snorkel. I would highly recommend and go back.

My partner and I had the best time on this tour. Tuna and Bella were fantastic tour guides, they made sure we were having fun the entire time, made us a delicious lunch, and made sure we were always safe. They were nice enough to take photos of us throughout the day too. Tour group was a good size (only about 12 people) and we loved all of the stops we made - saw some beautiful beaches, monkeys, and awesome snorkeling. Definitely recommend this tour!!

This tour was the best part of our trip! They were AMAZING from start to finish. They accomodated our daughters food allergies and brought her her own fried rice without eggs. The locations we visited were beautiful. It was definitely better to do it with the smaller tour size. 10 stars! Wonderful experience.

This was an absolutely amazing tour! We spent the day enjoying the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen, and snorkeling and swimming in gorgeous waters! Our guides Luis and Dean were extremely friendly, fun, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and all around wonderful! They took excellent care of us! This was such a fun day that our family will never forget!

Wonderful trip (after a short delay)

The islands are stunning. The snorkelling was a highlight - seeing the coral and so many different species of fish was great. The boat / guide team (led by Mark and Wee) were excellent - finding us a quieter beach for a delicious lunch was appreciated. The only downside (and hence four stars rather than five) was the nearly 30 minutes delay at the start. We left the meeting point 15 minutes late and then more time was lost as we took a detour to search for four people who hadn’t turned up at the meeting. Two of those people ended up being cancellations. Inevitably the delay meant some change to the itinerary. Later in the tour, we missed walking to Maya beach because of the volume of tourists/board queuing to visit. It felt like the delay at the start of the tour has caused us to miss out. I understand that some delays are unavoidable and tour organisers want to do the most they reasonably can to get everyone on to the trip. But I wish organisers would sometimes take a stricter stance with latecomers so that the rest of the group does not suffer.

Unfortunately about the delay and unforeseen events can not be prevented, we have a 15 minutes waiting policy and of course we dont want to leave anyone who has paid our of the tour. So that the tour starts late sometimes is unavoidable. What indeed is under our control is to give you extra time for the time we lose and we are always happy to do that. At this time of the year is true that Maya Bay can be very busy so we try our best to avoid the crowds, Many thanks and all the best.

The tour guides were very nice and friendly, helping out all guests on the tour as necessary (e.g. kids, people who can't swim etc.). The tour itself was organised professionally, with good choices of locations and timings. Did not feel crowded at any point. Food was also great, healthy fruit for snacks and what seemed to be homemade Thai food for lunch.
