Overview
Cruise to five islands along the Krabi coastline during this sunset tour, departing from Ao Nang or Railay. You'll board a wooden junk equipped with snorkeling gear, kayak, and stand-up paddleboard, with plenty of swimming opportunities along the way. Depart from a central location in Ao Nang or Railay for a 6-hour sunset cruise around the stunning coastline of Krabi. Prepare to wade in shallow water to board a long-tail boat, which transports you to a century-old Thai wooden junk.
You'll make your way to five islands near Railay: Koh Poda, Koh Gai, Koh Si, Ko Yawasam, and Ta Ming. Stop for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding, or simply relax on the teak deck and take in the views. You can do as much or as little as you like.
Fruit and snacks are served along with free-flowing water, juice, and soft drinks. Sip a cocktail or beer from the bar on board to accompany your provided Thai buffet dinner (vegetarian options are available).
Finish the day by sailing back toward the Railay Peninsula while watching the sun set over the Andaman Sea. After dark you can swim in the bioluminescent waters next to Pranang Beach. Afterward, you're delivered back to shore with drop-off at the starting point.

If you haven't done snorkeling before and kinda want to get the full island experience, I cannot recommend this tour enough. They really helped you got through the first time jitters, even carried you around with the buoy, if you aren't a strong swimmer. The crew is fun, friendly and they made sure each person had a good time there. Thanks, Michael and team!

We absolutely LOVED our afternoon on this gorgeous boat! The staff are excellent and we all had SO MUCH FUN jumping off the top of the boat into the spectacular waters below. We had the most spectacular sunset and the meal provided for dinner was delicious! The night swim with the bioluminescence was so cool to see!

This was an amazing day. The team, itinerary, food, boat, music -- it's all perfect. The staff went overboard to treat us in such a personal manner. The boat is great, the snorkeling stops are great and the guides are helpful. Loved swimming with the bioluminescence. Loved the food. I was solo and the whole ship of guests were delightful

We were picked up timely at 1.15pm outside the meeting point near Ao Nang Beach. We took a short walk towards AoNang Beach and got on to a long tail boat, which then transferred us to the bigger Junk Boat. It was as per the photos and we were excited to be on it. We were well fed with drinks and snacks. Alcoholic drinks were available for purchase on board. Michael and his team were friendly and chatted with everyone on the boat. They took great care of everyone - my teenage daughter did not want to get her hair wet because she had just dyed her hair the day before - so they towed her around, so she was with us at all times while we were snorkelling. Other younger kids who were part of the guests were also well taken care of - by ferrying them around in paddle boats. Water was clear and we saw a lot of fish, squid, sea urchins. The hlighlight for us was nightfall, the sky of stars looked super amazing, looking at the sky from the top of the Junk boat. The the night snorkel for bioluminescent was super amazing as well. I am so afraid of cold, so i was wary that i will be cold from the night snorkel. But the water was warm and nice. Do bring big towel and dry clothes to change into at the end of the trip. Beach / Wet shoes are helpful too - as shallow parts of the beaches may have stones and corals that can cut into your feet. There is also a good size WC on board - which is such a pleasant surprise. There is also reef safe sunblock available. Dinner was simple but delicious. Overall, a great experience and we will strongly recommend it.

Highlight of our trip so far! Outstanding day on a traditional boat with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Michael and the crew were so friendly, knowledgeable about the area, environmentally conscious and fun! The trip really catered to everyone, and even people who were not great swimmers were looked after by the crew. What a great team doing a good thing. If you are hesitant as this trip is slightly more costly than the other trips available, my advice is to book it! You will not regret it.

The cruise was truly amazing! Michael and the team went out of their way to make sure everyone had an unforgettable time. Michael's personal touch was so heartwarming—he made sure every guest felt valued and cared for throughout the entire trip. The team's hospitality and attention to detail were top-notch.
I appreciated the little extras, like the basket of sunscreen they provided to keep us protected from the sun. The atmosphere was so laid-back and enjoyable, and the food, though simple, was absolutely delicious.
This trip was perfect for families, with activities like paddle boarding and snorkeling to keep everyone entertained. And I have to give a shoutout to the team for their extra effort in helping those who were a bit nervous in the water. They really went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a fantastic snorkeling experience.

Can not say enough nice things about this trip. The entire crew is amazing, welcoming, fun and attentive. The views were spectacular. Sunset epic. Swimming at night with the bioluminescent plankton ✨✨✨. Best activity I’ve done in Thailand. Just book it!

Hands down the best boat / snorkel / sunset excursion I have ever been on and I’ve been on a lot in Mexico, Hawaii and Belize. Mike and Jorge and the rest of the crew took care of our every need. You could enjoy this even if you don’t swim, they can have you sit on the paddle board and the paddle you around, or tow you with a life ring. The sights were off the hook! Drinks were fabulous, and they kept bringing snack around during our stops at all the islands, like watermelon, potato chips, pineapple. Sunset dinner prepared on board had a lot of variety. You could jump off the top deck of the boat. Bioluminescent alga at the end was the cherry on top. We stopped at a beachfront bar where they dropped us off at the end of the tour for a drink and ended up getting a free fire show! Not sure if that happens every night but it was a nice surprise.
