Phi Phi speed boat trip

Wonderful boat ride. Ahead of all the main tourists from Phuket and the long boats if you chose this Krabi speed boat tour. Gorgeous beaches and wonderful snorkelling. Lovely lunch. Entertained and organised by the lovely Nadia.

A Full Day of Fantastic Sights

I can’t say enough good things about the GR Rungtawan All Day Cruise of the Phi Phi Islands. From controlling the sweltering chaos that was checking in, to modifying the itinerary on the fly to avoid the worst crowds, this team did an excellent job of delivering an unforgettable experience. I have been on enough Thai speed boats to know that when one doesn’t break down, you have found a good operation. The excellent and plentiful food was the least of the features. We saw where Bird Nest Soup comes from, walked on the famous Maya Beach, had photo ops in the canyons of Phi Phi Leh, snorkeled and walked at Monkey Island and my favorite – Bamboo Island. If you go offshore about a hundred yards to the edge of the roped off swimming area you will find some of the clearest and best snorkeling in Thailand.

Wow what an amazing experience. Was brilliant and well organised from start to finish. The little drinks station before the set off was a great touch. Nadia was a great guide and made my young girls feel very welcome and at ease. The lunch was very good too. Specially when I have 2 fussy eaters.brilliant day from. Start 9am on the boat to finish getting off the boat at 5pm. Definitely do it as it's a day we will never forget

Our trip to Maya beach where we saw small sharks was fabulous. The sea was blue green. We were able to snorkel on Bamboo Island where we saw beautiful, brightly coloured fish very close to the shore. Our guide Mr M spoke very good English and was super friendly and enthusiastic about the whole of the trip. He took photos for us so we didn't end up with a load of dreadful selfie.

Highly recommend. We had Mr. M as our tour guide, and he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The day was organized very well. We beat the crowds where possible. During the heat of the day we were able to swim. We also were able to visit some of the more on land picturesque scenery before swimming (and having hair get wet). We only had one full day in Krabi separate from travel, and this was a very good use of it.

Not a Phi Phi island tour

The tour consisted in visiting different islands (not only Phi Phi) starting with Maya Bay which was beautiful but very crowded, there we managed to see baby sharks too! We visited a lagoon just behind Maya Bay but did not swim as the water wasn’t the best. After that we went to the snorkeling point next to the Viking cave which was beautiful. During the swim we saw baby sharks, which was pretty unique. Next stop was the monkey island where we saw loads of monkeys and took plenty of good pictures up close. For lunch time we stayed at Phi Phi island which we found very disappointing as it was very crowded, full of boats (not swimmable water) and in my option rather dirty. Perhaps it must have been that specific side of the island but we were not impressed and was not the highlight of the tour, luckily we were only there for 1 hour. The best part was Bamboo Island were the water was crystal clear and we did snorkelling for more than 1 hour. Overall I recommend this tour but it is not a “Phi Phi island tour”.

Bad, don’t book

The trip was bad. The boat was small and uncomfortable, jammed full of people. No space at all. The ride was very very jumpy…the phi phi islands are jammed with dozens and dozens of boats at the same time….tons of ppl around. It wasn’t my first boat ride but it was the worst

Brilliant Trip! Can't fault it at all. The guide was knowledgeable and even taught us some Thai. Everything was well organised and enough time at each spot. Lunch was very nice too. Snorkeling was lovely and we saw a baby black tip shark 🦈 during the Snorkeling. Beaches are incredible nice to see the monkeys. Thank you!!

Fun experience

We got to see all the attractions mentioned in the trip schedule and they were all beautiful and memorable. All sites in Phi Phi island are crowded with lots of tourists, due to the popularity of this island. What made this tour stand out from other tours we had in Phuket and Krabi was our tour guide, Naim. His energy, good mood, friendliness and fun attitude made our trip a real delight. He helped us see sharks, he tought us many words in Thai, and he provided detailed explanations on all attractions we saw. And he made us laugh a lot with his jokes. Water, sodas, pineapple provided on the boat and buffet lunch - during one stop on the island. Happy with the experience!

The whole day was amazing. The first stop, Bamboo Island, seeing the white sand, I just knew tje day was going to be good. Tour guides were the best throughout. Then we stopped in Lagoon to finish the day with a dip in the water, surrounded by huge cliffs. I was made up with this day trip. Amazing experience.
