Get picked up from the hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking. If you stay in Ton Sai, please come to the meeting point at Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The ferry operates daily all year round with 2 departure times in high season from November to May, and 1 departure time in the morning during low season.
Due to bad weather, bad sea conditions or limited availability, the transfer may be delayed, postponed or cancelled with a full refund

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Terrible experience

Absolutely appalling service. Driver 1.20 minutes late picking us up. Stressful as we were 30 mins arriving after ferry had left. Put onto a smaller boat to meet ferry in middle of ocean

Luxury travel

We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the pier. We'll organized and very friendly. On board we were offered the VIP option for 200THB per person, it include 2 small snacks, a small coke and a small water. It was amazing to sit in reclining leather chairs. Overall a really good experience.

Driver came about 10 minutes late, no biggie. A mini bus is the transport so fine for all luggage and the service received throughout was lovely. Very organised. Scenic journey.

Late but good value

Pick up was very late Left the port late and had to pick up at raiay so was very late getting to Koh phi phi Very busy !!! Didn’t see any life jackets . Piles of luggage . Took ages to get off ! 20 bhat fee at the port

Waited 40 minutes and the pickup driver never showed. Was communicating with the Viator company who said 10 minutes multiple times. Had to pay for a taxi who drove at top speed and barely made the boat. Skip Viator and buy your own boat ticket and taxi so you make the trip stress free

Pickup from hotel was 45 minutes late as we were the last hotel stop. Ferry left on time. Paid 200 baht extra to be on the top deck. Worth it to take photos & enjoy the sun.
