What To Expect

Please enter your flight details and preferred pickup time into the 'Special Requirements' field on booking. We recommend that you request your pickup at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.

Civitavecchia Port Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrival hall holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 30 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver Dario was great he had been our driver from the Rome airport with three hour tour of Rome and transfer to our hotel in Civitavecchia. Not only on time but early which was great as we had an early flight and the airport was busy with long lines Would highly recommend this company, had used them in 2019 for same two transfers so immediately booked them again for my second cruise to the Mediterranean.

Very good service! Our driver had very good communication, picked us up right when we got off the ship, had plenty of space for the 6 of us and our luggage, and delivered us right to the airport! Our driver was waiting just outside the cruise ship for us with my name easily visible on a sign. He had a nice and spacious van and loaded our luggage for us. He was very efficient and got us to the airport quickly. This transfer was a little expensive but well worth the security of getting to the airport for an early flight after our cruise.

Driver showed up at the cruise port 30 minutes early. We were already off the ship so this was perfect. He carried our luggage for us and put it in the trunk.
