Civitavecchia Port Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrival hall holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 30 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Very good service! Our driver had very good communication, picked us up right when we got off the ship, had plenty of space for the 6 of us and our luggage, and delivered us right to the airport! I would definitely recommend this service to any cruise passengers trying to get to and from the airport from Civitavecchia in Rome!

Our driver was waiting just outside the cruise ship for us with my name easily visible on a sign. He had a nice and spacious van and loaded our luggage for us. He was very efficient and got us to the airport quickly. This transfer was a little expensive but well worth the security of getting to the airport for an early flight after our cruise.

Driver showed up at the cruise port 30 minutes early. We were already off the ship so this was perfect. He carried our luggage for us and put it in the trunk. After our 8-day Mediterranean voyage, our ship arrived at 0630 am at the Civitavecchia Cruise Port. We were first to get off the ship at 0745 am as our private transport had been scheduled for 0800 am. Our driver arrived promptly and loaded our bags and we left immediately for the Rome Fiumicino Airport. 50 minutes later we were checking in for our flight to the USA with no hassles or stress. Most of the other passengers on our cruise ship were not even off the ship yet and were waiting for the bus to fill up to depart for the airport. We found the Rome Airport was busy and airport lines got longer throughout the morning. We were glad to beat the rush and relax prior to our flight instead of any added worry and stress to make our flight. Our driver was very pleasant and helpful.

As soon as I booked in Viator the driver contact me to arrange a meeting time depending on my flight departure in FCO. Everything went as agreed, the driver was punctual and come with a sign with my name at the exit of the terminal. The driver was friendly and we arrived at FCO in about 50 minutes.
