the driver arrived shortly after we departed the ship, helped us load the suitcases and drove us to the airport. The only thing causing us concern was that Viator never told us when to expect the driver.

We did nit know what time the disembarkation would be, so we chose a later time. We were off the ship at 8:30am. We grabbed our luggage and went outside. To our surprise, the driver was there waiting. He took us to a Mercedes wagon, and brought directly to FCO. It was booked as a shared ride, but we were the only passengers. No up-charge, just great service.

Driver was on time, waiting right outside the ship departure. The ride to the airport was quick and safe. The driver sensed everyone was tired and not very talkative so we had a lovely, peaceful ride.

Pickup went perfectly, and driver was very nice and courteous. Per Viator's information, our ride was right in front on the ship terminal, and was there before we were. He held a sign with my name and was easy to spot. Very nice Mercedes vehicle, and we happen to have been the only couple on the ride. Viator's price was substantially less than Princess's bus. Highly recommend if you want personal service.

Great way to get to FCO after a cruise. Driver waiting outside luggage collection. Nice Mercedes van, comfortable drive. Great value for the money, much cheaper than service booked thru cruise line.

We used this shuttle last week from the Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome Airport. On disembarking we were met outside the cruise terminal by an extremely smartly dressed young man holding a Name Board up for us who escorted us to the mini van. This driver was excellent, safe and efficient. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight and can't speak highly enough of this great service.
