    Cruise Port, right outside your ship, pickup and dropoff. • English-speaking Driver with a private vehicle will be waiting for you right outside the ship, holding a sign with your name on to be easily recognized. • No need to take Bus Shuttle from ship since our permits allow us to enter in the Cruise Port.

    • Vehicle and driver will be at your complete disposal for the entire duration of the tour and can take you where big buses cannot go, you will walk definitely less and see more!
    • Tour can be modified and/or customized (even while on tour) to meet your complete satisfaction
    • Our fleet is comprised of Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, FCA, Sedans, SUVs and Minivans. Many Italian cities have restricted the areas where certain vehicles can circulate, so in order to offer you the best service possible and to let you reach your destination as comfortably as possible, we will arrange your vehicle accordingly
    • Above 6 passengers please make multiple bookings and we will provide the service either with multiple Minivans/SUVs, according to our availability and local regulations. The multiple vehicles will make the tour together with the same stops. The Guests can switch as they prefer in the available vehicles
    • Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements and we will be happy to accommodate you
    • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and select museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
    • On rare occasions, St Peter’s Basilica closes without notice. If this happens, you'll spend a full 2 hours touring to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The tour guides will notify to you if St Peter’s Basilica is unexpectedly closed upon commencement of the tour. It is over our control, so no refunds or discounts will be issued.
    • Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel Closures: every Sunday, Easter Days (Sun-Mon), 1 and 6 January, 11 February, 19 March, 1 May, 29 June, 15 August, 8 - 25 and 26 December. Instead Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, you will visit one of the Ancient Catacombs in Rome (tickets included). No refund is due.
    • Colosseum Sip-The-Line information: for safety reasons the official Colosseum Management could lead delays in access to the site, even for pre-booked visitors. In rare occasions, if Colosseum Skip-the-Line tickets to be sold out on official website, you will enjoy the Colosseum from outside and we will refund to you the corresponding tickets cost (15 Euro per person)
    • One Infant seat available on request

    This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
