It was an awesome experience! We loved the driver. James was so nice and accomdating. And the limos inside was beautiful. The lights were so cool. We loved listening to our music. And seeing all the sites of Vegas. Just fantastic!

Stephanie was an excellent driver and so accommodating. He took us to the Vegas sign, Mirage volcano, sphere and downtown for pictures. Very fun evening with friends!

Driver was great. On time and got around well. Very helpful. Limo was very clean and well stocked with water and 2 complimentary bottles of champagne. But 2 hours does not get you everything listed if you aren't staying right on the strip. You really need more like 3 hours to be able to do everything.

Our driver was great! Very accommodating and fun. He took us around anywhere we wanted and we all had a blast. It was a little warm but they had plenty of water and ice to help us keep cool. It was super fun roaming old and new Vegas in style!

No nos dieron los regalos que ponen. El conductor estuvo hablando x el movil todo el recorrido y no nos hizo fotos. Apenas parò en sitios y cuando quedaban 30 min empezo a dar vueltas para cumplir con horario

Hi there, sorry you had a bad experience but you're going to need to reach out to Presidential Limos, who you took the ride with in the end, with this complaint. We only offer photos with our 1.5 hour tour and this is not our tour, so I think there is a misunderstanding.
