We got upgraded to a limo and had Michele as our driver . We took the wrong exit to baggage and Michele drove around came and got us and drove us back swiftly to the correct baggage just in time to get our bag on the Carousel’s. Our first time to Vegas, traveling with a child alone she was a god send! I highly recommend

Damien was very prompt with picking us up, calling as soon as we were off the plane to let us know that he was waiting for us at our baggage carousel number. He was very friendly, helped us with our luggage, and was a wonderful chauffeur! Tim picked us up from our hotel and provided us transport back to the airport. He was early for our arrival, called us upon pickup, and was very friendly. This was our first time using private transport and we loved it! Clean vehicles, friendly staff, and assistance with our luggage. I will be booking again!

Our chauffeur Michael Quinn contacted us prior to and upon our arrival. Mr. Quinn informed us where our luggage will be located in the airport and he was there waiting for us with a name sign. Our private car was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. Cold water was available and offered. Mr. Quinn had great knowledge regarding the Vegas Strip and gave advice on where to shop, dine, and see shows. Our transfer was a great experience!!

As we approached the baggage claim in the airport, our driver was there holding a tablet with my name on it. She waiting while we gathered our luggage and asked if we needed help. We followed her to the lower level and walked outside to wait as she pulled the car up to us. She helped get the carryon suitcase out of the car while my husband grabbed the other suitcases from the trunk. She was very friendly and informative of some of the changes in Vegas since we had been here last. She also told us where we would meet our transfer back to the airport. She was great!!
