Sabrina and Elisa were wonderful guides! We saw David thanks to their efforts - they escorted us to Accademia and Sabrina convinced the museum attendant to let us in so we would have time. Plenty of time in Florence and Pisa. Comfortable bus which returned us to our ship terminal.

Truly enjoyed this tour. The bus was very comfortable andvthe guide was realy eady to understand. The walk from the bus parking to the Florence tour was very long though. Pisa was short but very beautiful.

Sabrina and Alicia were exceptional tour guides. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We visited Florence and Pisa. . It unfortunately was almost dark by the time we got to Pisa. Would have like more time there. The shuttle train was great at Pisa Should have been included in tour price though. Overall, great trip and great guides.

Sabrina was great. Lots of information on the drive. Also gave us an option to add the Academia Gallery tickets. The tasting was fun, just nibbles. Traffic was light so we had time to explore both cities. Took us straight back to the ship as well.

Fun in Florence/Pisa

This was a great excursion and our tour guide Sabena was wonderful. She explained things well gave us lots of time at each stop even though we got off to a late start due to our ship not giving good information. We started an hour later than we should have but Sabena handled everything very well. And saw to it that we got dropped off right at our ship rather than the morning meeting place. This indeed was a bonus.

We were able to hit the highlights in both Florence & Pisa in one day. Sabrina was our guide & she was fun & very knowledgeable. Everything was very well organized. We had the perfect amount of time for each stop, even enough time in Pisa to go inside the cathedral. Even though we traveled far from the port, we were reassured that we would make it back to the ship in time & we did make it back in plenty of time. Great tour with plenty of time on your own!

We were so disappointed to miss that tour and hope we can get a reimbursement for our group of six due to the extenuating circumstances. Not worth your money and time

Sabrina decided to wait more than one hour for latecomers. Therefore we only spent two hours in Florence not giving us any time to visit any main historical features . Also we did not have any time in Pisa to visit the cathedral and climb the Pisa tower. After these fiascos she had the nerve to ask for tips (on numerous occasions)

We travelled to many cities on a cruised this excursion was a great way to see the top sight seeing locations in Florence and Pisa. Sabrina was wonderful and provided a map with top places to see and how to get there. We got a taste of Florence, but we will definitely go back to spend more time there!

Explore Florence & Pisa with Ease

I was skeptical of this tour since it was a substitute for another tour I had booked that was cancelled. But, as it turned out it was one of best tours we did while on our 12 day cruise. The cruise ship provided a free shuttle to the Livorno city center where we met the coach bus. Sabrina our tour guide was friendly and so helpful. She rounded up the 40+ people and while traveling to Florence she provided maps of the Florence area and a walking path to see all the sites. She also pointed out sites along drive. Once we reached Florence she provided tips on where to find restrooms and how not to get taken advantage of when buying souvenirs or getting food/drink. Some people went with her to the tasting, which was included while others like myself left to explore the town on our own. We had 3 hours in Florence and we regrouped at the meeting point after. Florence had beautiful sites, but we did not see everything was wanted due to time constraints. But, we did see the most beautiful marble church, which was amazing and we did do so shopping at the market. From there we went to Pisa. Again Sabrina was full of information and also give us the most amount of time in Pisa, she coordinated a trolley ride for another 5 Euros per person. This was totally worth the extra money because it gave us more time in Pisa. Pisa was interesting even though we only had an hour to explore. If you planned on climbing the Tower you probably would not have enough time. Sabrina also told us where to take the best leaning Pisa picture. Once back on the bus, Sabrina continued to make the trip fun with music and sharing more information about the area and the town of Livorno where we started. Lastly, Sabrina was able to coordinate our bus return directly at the ship which made the final leg easy for every one. Sabrina was one of our favorite tour guides. Her English was excellent and so was her Spanish. Overall you could tell she loved her job and I was glad she was our guide during this excursion.

No brainer if you want to see both Pisa and Florence. Free wine and lunch was good but took too much time in Florence. It’s better use the time to explore the city

We had a fantastic experience with Sabrina as our tour guide. Sabrina made the whole day for us to be honest, she was fantastic. We definitely made a new friend in Sabrina. Nothing was too much trouble. The trip was all perfectly timed and we saw everything we wanted to see in Florence and Pisa. Easy to meet in Livorno, we got the shuttle from our cruise port to the centre of Livorno and from getting off the bus, Sabrina greeted us straight away - very easy. What also helped was Sabrina called when we were on the shuttle to make sure we were coming and to know who to look out for. Things like this were very helpful when you're visiting somewhere new for the first time. The free time in Florence was the perfect amount of time, made better with the supplied maps from Sabrina with details of what to see, and what order to see it in. Pisa again was the perfect time to see the sites and the get the perfect photo. We also got the tram from the bus car park, it was 10 euros extra, but needed in the rain and Sabrina organised this for us, so we had more time in Pisa. To top off a fantastic day, Sabrina then dropped us straight back to the ship instead of Livorno, this really was fantastic and meant we could go straight on to the ship instead of back to Livorno to catch the shuttle. Fantastic tour, made great by Sabrina - highly recommend!
