You made the reservation for this tour and we gave you all services included in this tour: private transfer with a private professional driver, private guided tour in Pisa.
What do you mean with "I was told we were going to do different things by sales person”? Nobody from our office had the pleasure to talk to someone of this group. Who have been you in contact with?
We saw, in your booking, you (or someone for you) asking for (copy and paste):
- signature indicate name of the customer
- request to go at Cinque Terre
- boat ride tour for customer and any water activity
- request advance ticket for tower of pisa good for 4 customer wants to climb on the tower of pisa
Obviously the driver should have a sign with your name on it or how could him recognise you?
Go to Cinque Terre from Livorno in 4 hours is impossible, either with an helicopter
Boat tour? Where? In the Arno river?
Water activity? In Pisa? What does it mean?
Anyway we sent you 5 emails trying to explain what was possible and what was not, simply trying to answer to all your questions. Nobody sent any email back to us.
It means we couldn’t even buy the tickets for the Leaning Tower because nobody confirmed the agreement for the payment.
I’m sorry if you bought the wrong tour, or someone bought it for you. We are always asking our guest what can we do to make their tours perfect when they get a private tour. But we cannot do it when we have no information at all about your real desire.
