The tour guide was caught off guard as viator did not confirm the tour and we waited for half an hour until we contacted the tour agent and they rescheduled for us. The tour was great and helpful and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule.

Paola was a great guide. She was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed being with her. Lucca is a beautiful city with a rich history.
