    • Full name of each passenger and Passport/ID number is mandatory to confirm the booking.
    • The departure time will be coordinated on trains between 07:00 am and 08:00 am. Please provide a valid telephone number to contact you at least 48 hours before the experience to complete the pre-check in process.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    Barcelona in it's full glory

    The group was small but the tour guides were full of life. Guiding us to the train seating, meeting us at the designated places were perfect. I was not happy with the early morning pick up point. It should be the coffee shop just 10 feet away. That would help all as the shop would then RECONFIRM that I am in the right place. Yes, I will recommend to all my contacts to use this company.     We enjoyed the entire tour especially the visit to Sagrada Familia. We enjoyed the company of both Lucas (entire tour) Cassandra (inside Sagrada) and we all agreed that if we were just on our own we would have never appreciated all the places we’ve visited. They are both very knowledgeable, very enthusiastic, very detailed and very engaging!

    Really enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was great and we saw a lot. Did wish there was slightly better communication from the tour company a head of time. But overall a great experience.

    Viewing the buildings and architecture of Gaudi was amazing! Lots and lots of walking!!! Our tour guide (Miercol/not sure of the spelling) was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We had a great time.

    This was difficult to review but I do think reviews are important to help foreigners decide which tour to take. To begin with, we were unaware we had to catch the train by ourselves. If you don't read speak or understand spanish you might find it challenging to find your way to barcelona. We had to catch the metro on the way back and then catch the train again. That alone is a lot for someone to do on their own when they're not from the city or country. The tour guide does not go with you. You meet at barcelona. You'll walk a lot but the walking is not the issue. In fact if you don't walk around the city you'll miss out on details and experience. Make sure you bring snacks and are well fed before the tour begins as you won't find many options during the day until the tour ends. Towards the end there are plenty of options where you can choose to eat. With all these facts stated, it's up to the tourist to decide is they're up for the challenge. If not, find another tour!

    Good tour of the city but a lot to cover in one day. Be prepared to walk a lot, we walked over 8 miles! This is not the tour for you if you do not like to walk. Han, the tour guide was very knowledgeable on the city and made the day memorable with his historical and architectural tidbits. The train was fantastic and the only way to travel in Spain. Logistically the tour could be much better. The guide in Madrid was trying to download my train tickets while we were in line to catch the train. I am not sure why I could not receive the tickets 24 hours in advance. Han spent a lot of thine trying to coordinate for taxis in Barcelona. It would seem prudent for the company to rent a van for the day to assist with transportation. I also did not like the end of the tour where we finished at the marina and were on our own to get back to the train station. A chartered van to the train station would have been nice in this situation as well. Overall not a bad tour if you like to walk but the transportation situation was not good hence the three star rating.
    Culture, History and A LOT of walking

    The experience in barcelona was amazing. Be prepared to walk... A LOT. The rich history and culture certainly makes it worth it. The only diasppoinment was that I could not find my tour guide and had to guide my self in the beginning. The 1st guide does not stay with you, they put you on the train and the you'll meet another guide in Barcelona. Its important to pay attention but over all we found our way to our group and had an amazing time.

    Mateo was great and this tour was great! It is all day tour literally so be rested and full of energy prior to going and DONT FORGET to bring you best walking shoes because you will need them. Also, purchase the la sagrada familia tour tickets this package doesn’t come with it. I didn’t and I wish I would have purchased in advance, it will probably be hard to get it the same day due to the numerous amounts of tourist visiting and purchasing tickets. I will have to go back to see it. You don’t get to go to park guell which I wish we would have had the opportunity to visit but that’s okay. I really liked Barcelona and if you are short on time this is a great option.

    Our guide Jimena was excellent. We learned a lot from her about Barcelona, Gaudi and the sights and culture of the city. Sagrada Familia basilica was amazing! We ❤️this day tour from Madrid. Highly Recommended !
    Not the worst but not the best

    The guide in Madrid was horrible. He barely spoke to us and was late. He wanted to airdrop everyone’s ticket to me and left without sending everyone’s ticket. Luckily he figured it out so everyone was able to board the train eventually. In Barcelona, Mateo was great but I don’t think the tour was accurately described. We were with a bunch of old people that complained about walking. The day was 15 miles on foot according to my health tracker. Also I thought tickets to Sagrada Familia were included and they were not. We couldn’t get tickets upon arrival so we missed a once in a lifetime opportunity to enter the Basilica. Looking back at my app the very last line stated that tickets were not included. That should be the headline. So disappointed about that.

    We had a great time on our walking tour with our guied Mateo who was extremely knowledgeable about everything: history, art, architecture, local culture etc etc etc. There were only 3 of us on the tour which was a huge bonus. This was a great way to get a taste of the city. We were met in Madrid by Jorge who escorted us to the high speed train (2.5 hours) to Barcelona. The train was clean, comfortable and had snacks for purchase. After a wonderful tour we had some free time and went to the Cathedral (26 euros) and then were escorted back to the train by Mateo. Wonderful trip, a lot of walking. Would be difficult for people with ambulation issues or young children. ( according to my son's watch we walked over 9 miles total) Highly recommended!!

    Unbeatable experience. I had a fantastic day in Barcelona, the company of the guide was incredibly pleasant, and his explanations throughout the entire tour were very helpful and interesting. I had been to Barcelona before, but visiting it this way allowed me to discover many new things. The train journey from Madrid was much appreciated – a short and comfortable trip. I would definitely do it again if I return with friends or family.
