I highly recommend this magical experience. Great dinner, show, pool and tents! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Better than expected

I was pleasantly surprised with the installations , even the shared tent was very clean the sheets were clean, at dinner time everything was organised the food delicious, the people very nice and caring. The only thing to say is maybe during dinner i would prefer quiet music to actually enjoy it, not rhe full on screaming and dancing but anyway it was a great experience

VAN HAS NO AIR-COND!!

Stated picked up by air-conditioned vehicle, but unfortunately the van to and from desert was NOT air-conditioned at all! The weather was hot, dusty and polluted. It was really uncomfortable journey!

Something fun and worth doing . A night away in the desert with a bonfire plus entertainment and food, you can’t go wrong. Would recommend doing it in the warmer months tho because I did it in March (was hoping the weather would’ve been better) and it was really cold at night so be mindful of you decide to do it in the colder months. Only downside I found was the bed was very hard so I didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

Great authentic dessert experience

The overall experience was really great. The dancers and the singers bring in so much energy in a good authentic way. The surrounding area is beautiful, especially by night. The food was good. The only small things was that we booked a ' Deluxe tent ' and we ended up sleeping in a 'dorm tent' Which was fine in the end, but just not as expected. So the communication could be better on that part. But its definitely recommend to go there if you want a fun night out away from busy hectic Marrakech!

Had a great time.fab views and photo opportunities. Food abit later in tbe eve for us but plenty entertainment good and traditional. We shared a large rent and was fine but you can have your own tents for double the cost. Definitely recommend for a fabulous experience and only 45 mins from marrakech. Thank you

We really enjoyed our experience at the Agafay luxury camp. Yes, it is an experience not only a staying ;) Food was amazing, personnel super helpful and gentle - especially our lovely Badr that helped us a lot! Also we assisted to traditional shows and cherry on top, somebody even proposed that day🥰

The desert was beautiful and tents were warm and cozy. Loved the bonfires and guitarist at the end of the night. Did not enjoy the food or the show for the evening. Dinner was served quite late and there was very little food for vegetarians and was only given fruit for dessert. Needed to take our own snacks to get full.

An amazing experience! Loved the quad bikes in desert. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. The food portions were a bit too large for most of us. The only recommendation I would make is that they should let guests know pricing of drinks and activities as we didn’t have enough cash and they do not take cards.

This was such a nice experience, so simple but so nice. We had about two hours from arrival to the start of the evening’s plans, so we headed to the pool and went riding into the sunset on camels (25 euro pr person). Then the evening’s activities started, and we were entertained from start to end. Dinner is quite late though (22.00) and you should take that into planning if you have kids along. My only complaint is that the aircon in the car didn’t work, it was excruciatingly hot, and my kids was having a very hard time for the drive.

This was a great experience with my family. I highly recommend this trip when visiting Morocco. However, the company should contact visitors to inform them what to take with them. I brought towels from my hotel room, which wasn’t needed.

Beautiful desert camp w/ slight car hostage

My roommates and I were on a graduation trip & really wanted to ride camels while in Marrakech. We found this as our option. It should be repeated camels and quads are extra money you pay either when booking it or next day the bus driving can take you to the ATM. DO NOT WAIT TO PAY, since the bus driver had taken us to the ATM he was collecting the payments. You are suppose to keep your tickets with you until the end which is what we did and then we each had the cash with our ticket and majority of us were giving the driver extra money since he said he didn’t have change. We paided with the tickets we had with extra, and we all had our tickets ( absolutely no way of a missing ticket) and the driver insisted we needed to give him more money, that we were short, but there was genuinely no way we were. When we went to take a picture of the tickets and the money we paided the driver started to get flustered and it wasn’t until after that we realized we only had 4 tickets not 5, however we had handed him 5 tickets and paided him for it. There was a missing ticket and he was insistent that we were missing money. Other people on the bus with us came over to help us out and told us not to pay him more. Other passengers were seeing what was going on and weren’t happy. Along with that The bus driver refused to unlock the doors and kept us trapped inside the bus until we paided the “extra” he claimed we owed. I instead yelled to the police from the window and as soon as the police came he unlocked the doors and drove away fast. The camels & the quads were so much fun & the dinner we had was so good, along with the music and performances that we were given at dinner but that ending to our desert trip put a really bad taste in our mouth. Be warned, pay everything with cash before you leave the camp. I would also like to say our tour guide we had was amazing and so helpful in making sure we were comfortable and anything we needed we had, which was amazing. All of the younger workers at the camp were all so nice and welcoming and that made my friend And I have a enjoyable time. It seems it may have just been this one driver acting independently of the organization as a whole.

Party in the desert

We were a bit surprised about the comfort we had in our accomodation and the pool overlooking the desert hills - gorgous! Alaah, our young tour guide, practised his German with us and was very sweet to my two daughters. We had a very good time. Only the extremely late dinner is a minus point when travelling with kids.

The accommodation at this camp is grotty and unfinished. It was like staying in a bleak, windowless, sweaty shed with horrible woodchip and shelves glued onto the walls! It reminded us of a POW camp! Such a shame - could have been lovely. The whole experience is basically aimed at Instagrammers who want to pose by the large heart/the pool/on the star. It felt nothing like the romantic experience we were hoping for as we were forced from one part of the camp to another to endure the cliched entertainment or unpleasant food. The only positive was the driver back to Marrakech who was very friendly & kind.

It is nice experience for one night our of Marrakesh but just if you have extra time. It is not proper desert but the experience is nice. There is a pool where you can have some drinks while you wait for ride a camel or a quad. You have to pay everything by cash You have a dinner show, the food is ok and the show the typical for turist , fun!! They drive you from the Riad or Hotel, thanks to Aldi to do such a fun trip!
