Moroccan Cooking Class & Marrakech Market Visit with Chef Khmisa

This is was a fantastic way spend my time visiting Marrakech. Known so well for it's food culture, I would say it is a can't-miss activity. Chef Khmisa met us promptly on time and took us through a busy street, having us pick out produce and showing us various ingredients. This alone was valuable, as it is hectic and somewhat intimidating to go about this alone. Once we shopped for our ingredients, we were guided to a beautiful air-conditioned kitchen where we had some tea and participated in various steps to prepare a delicious meal together with a party of about 10 people. Chef was very knowledgable and answered all the questions we had about the food and cooking. After the cooking, we sat and ate the food we helped cook and that concluded the 3 hour session. After requesting, Chef Khmisa sent the recipes of the food we cooked. This was an unforgettable experience for me and I am already recommending this to my friends and colleagues.
