What a Rupo-Off! We hebben de naam en adresgegevens van onze riad doorgegeven en men zou ons om 9.35 u komen ophalen. Om 9.30 u werd ik al gebeld dat de chauffeur er was en meteen werd een foto gestuurd van de locatie. Dat was absoluut niet de juiste riad. Nochtans hadden we de link naar de website van de riad doorgegeven, dus veel kon er niet mis gaan dachten we. Nadat we de GPS coördinaten van de riad hadden doorgegeven werd ons koudweg gezegd dat het te laat was om ons op te halen. Niet alleen hebben we dus een dagtrip gemist, men weigert nu ook de betaalde prijs terug te storten. Eerlijk gezegd zijn dit een bende oplichters dus beter elders boeken!

I am so sorry to hear about your experience with us. We send pick up instructions 24h prior to the tour with google direction link to all our travellers. You have our contact numbers to notify us of any change. A lot of travellers change their Riad and forget to update their activity bookings. We also give our travllers the chance to reschedule your activity free of charge to the following day when things like that happens.

Una experiencia fantastica y intenso. Despues un recorrido en los quards en el deserto de piedras, hemos tenido un paseo en camelo con un guía super divertido y muy, muy amable. Al final nos han llevado a un Haman donde hemos quedado limpito despues estas actividades en el medio del deserto. Las chicas ahi tambien muy amable y porsupuesto nuestro chofer que nos ha llevado a recogido del hotel y llevado a todos actividades. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.

100% recomendado. Una experiencia increíble. Estuvimos una hora en el camello nos vistieron de nómada y estuvo muy guay, el guía super majo y atento nos hizo unas fotos chulísimas y me regaló un camello que hizo con una hoja super chulo. El quad también super divertido. Por último el haman una grata experiencia las chicas un encanto y te quedas en la gloria después de la adrenalina del quad Repetiría sin ninguna duda. Nos encantó.

Nous avons passé une superbe journée. Du début jusqu’à la fin il n’y a rien à redire. Le chauffeur, le guide et les différents hôtes qui nous attendaient pour chaque activités ont été au top, gentillesse et à nos petits soins tout le long.
