Mohamed was excellent in helping us navigate the souks, and unlike the other mainstream shops, he really found us the best deals and took us straight to the craftsmen and artisan shops that were super authentic and superior quality. His knowledge about the products and cafés around is amazing and he’s great company as well. Highly recommend!

Ali was superb! He made the whole experience of exploring the souks for the first time so easy. You can tell that he has a genuine passion for the history of Marrakech and the traditional skills that the people we met during our tour were trying to preserve. He kept the tour fun whilst showing us Marrakech’s traditions and hidden spots of the souk and just had an incredible wealth of knowledge to pass on. 100% recommend booking this tour, we’d have been lost without it!

The best tour guiding experience

Three of my friends and I went to Marrakech last week and really wanted to check out the Souks. We were a little apprehensive because we didn't know how to navigate the bargaining aspect and didn't want to become overwhelmed. We booked this tour with Mohammed after looking at other reviews and he did not disappoint. He curated the whole experience based on what we were looking for. He was so nice and was always there to help us bargain or explain the history of the vendors. He only took us to the truly authentic vendors which was deeply appreciated. This was the best tour guiding experience I have ever had. If you want to go check out the Souks absolutely book Mohammed for a guided tour. I promise you will not regret it.

We had an excellent tour with Mohamed. He took us to areas in the Souks that we would have never found on our own. He was very knowledgeable and had a great style where we did not feel pressured to buy things if we were not comfortable. But if you are looking for something in particular, definitely let him know and he can help you navigate the many vendors and artisans in the city. I’d also recommend holding off on any major purchases in Marrakech before doing this tour. You may end up having buyers remorse!

Excellent experience and really worthwhile doing. Our Guide Mo was very knowledgeable and showed us areas of the market that we would never have come across. We saw craftsman at work, and he showed us the difference between authentic items and ‘imported’ items, as well giving lots of history, and information on the ‘sport’ of bartering.

We booked this trip last minute on the day and it was such an enjoyable experience! Our guide was very informative and helpful and kept us engaged and safe from hassle from the sellers. He told us about the history of the Souks and market and we learnt a lot about Marrakesh in this short trip. Highly recommend for first time in Marakesh or for female travellers. We would not manage alone without our guide!
