Perfect driver in Marrakech

Abdel was very welcoming and friendly. Gave us direction and guide where we couldn't approach the destination to our riad by car because of the narrow streets, very good person and a skilled safe driver. We had a return service with him. He always contacted us on WhatsApp and was always on time and patient to wait for us when the passport control was long at the airport. It was a great value for money.

Driver was 15 minutes late and likely would not have shown up if I hadn’t called to wake him. We had to stop for gas on the way because the tank was empty. He then proceeded to drive very fast and recklessly.

Excellent service! Our flight was delayed by 30 minutes and it look 1.5 hours at immigration (no kidding!). However, our driver Alaa was patient and waited for us outside with no issues! Highly recommend.

The confirmation tickets we were given were not recognised by the men waiting with my name on a board. Mobile data was not working so I was unable to use WhatsApp. Eventually located our driver and was taken to a very bashed and dilapidated looking car. We got to our destination but would have been cheaper getting a taxi. When I booked I also specified for a pick up and a return but now that it’s almost time to leave Marrakech I can see that it is only one way we have been booked in for. Not worth the money. It will be easier and cheaper getting our hotel to arrange a pick up for us

Everything went smoothly. The driver sent a message on WhatsApp to confirm our flight arrival time. When we landed they were outside with a sign with our name. The transfer to the hotel was very safe and I would recommend this transfer service.

Our flight arrived a little bit late. Our driver Abdeljalil communicated with us and waited outside the airport with a sign of my name written on it. Transfer to the Riad was quick and went well. Abdeljalil was very nice as he even contacted the Riad staff to pick us up from drop off point as the Riad not accessible with car. Made sure Riad staff arrived first before he left. I did not hesitate to book again our transfer back to the airport. Highly recommend this service.

Our driver Ali was already waiting at the airport before we arrived and sent WhatsApp messages to inform us about where he was. He also had a name placard which made it easy to identify him amongst the crowd of people waiting at Arrivals. Even though there were long queues at immigration, he waited for us and helped with loading and off-loading our luggage from the vehicle.
