We were very satisfied with our airport transfer. Our flight landed early and we went through customs & immigration more quickly than expected. We were able to WhatsApp with our driver and he picked us up earlier than expected. Very pleased with the cost and service!

Waste of money

Dropped us off miles away from the hotel and said we needed to walk - nightmare walking through the streets with a case! There was general parking and a taxi rank right by our hotel that he could have gone to!

Not the Greatest Start to our Trip

There was a sign at the airport when we arrived, but no driver. Had to wait in the heat with two babies for 20+ minutes for him to show up. It wasn't the expected vehicle and our driver engaged in road rage with another driver. I've been to Morocco a few times before and like anywhere, this happens, but not with a profesional driver. After arguing at two traffic lights, our driver put the vehicle in reverse to get closer to the other car to yell at him some more. We also weren't dropped off close to our property. I'm aware that there are limitations in the center of Marrakech, but other vehicles were inside the center and driving around much closer.

The driver dropped us off at a completely different location. Even though it was the right one written when we booked the ride. When he dropped us off and we realized we were not in the right location we called him again and he said he would come back but he never did. We tried calling him twice but no answer whatsoever even though he was online the whole time. He left us alone in old Medina. We had to walked almost 20 minutes with our suitcases since it was the old town, there were not ATMs and we did not have any cash/ couldn’t find any taxis. We felt unsafe since it was our very first day at the city and we didn’t know were we were and could not find our hotel.

Dear customer. The driver only took you to the address you filled in on the form. He also tried to call the reception of the riad but he does not want to pick you up, you have seen all this it is shameful to write us this comment.

Poor service rude the communication was awful and then he arrived and would not attend the hotel destination and expected us to walk with out suitcases and bags 10 mons away. After several calls we of trying to locate the driver and asking for help from nearby strangers managed to locate him . Would've cancelled if I could. Never use this service again. He didn't want to come to the location because he will recive a fine if 150 mad. Then why accept the booking

Dear customer . Your hotel is located in the old town of Marrakech, neither our driver nor any other driver can enter the door of your hotel, firstly the streets are very small for a car and secondly the road to your hotel is forbidden for cars. Please delete your comment.

The tour operator was not waiting when I arrived. I arrived early. I contacted them through the app, and there was no response. Fortunately, a nice gentleman at the airport phoned. The locally was able to have another driver come out and meet me. Not impressed.

Disheveled Service

No driver turned up at 12 noon so I rang Viator at 12.10. A young gentleman then turned up at 12.25 approx who was unable to drive and said the driver was on his way. 20 minutes later he turned up. No sign as you stated and we had to walk through the car park to meet him. A trivial thing but nonetheless not as stated. Unacceptable service and not as described in your email.

Notre chauffeur vous appeler quand il a été dans votre hôtel et vous avez dis que c'est votre faute c'est une arrivée pas depart . On a envoyé un autre chauffeur pour vous dans un délai qui ne dépasse pas 15 min à l aéroport . Normalement il faut nous faire un bon commentaire pas mauvais. Merci de rectifier votre commentaire

Terrible communications, never contacted me about return trip until I had to get their number from Viator

I wanted to book this to have peace of mind and not be stressed about how we would get from the airport and back. Our flight was delayed, so I messaged the tour operator via Viator and never heard anything. Luckily, when we arrived we wandered outside, because we weren’t told ANYTHING about where to go and we saw our name scribbled on a sign. After a bit, a driver came and took us to the hotel. He was nice and even gave us his number in case we needed a ride while visiting the city. We scheduled a pick up time with him; confirmed multiple times and after waiting 45 and he never showed up, we just took a taxi for less money. For our return to the airport, I never heard anything from the tour operator. At 9 am the day before departure, I again sent messages through Viator (the only option available) and finally contacted Viator’s support. They told me to contact the tour operator directly- awesome idea! How could I do that? So, they finally gave me a What’s App number and I messaged them. After several times and a long time, we finally confirmed pick up and what time at 3:30 pm local time for a 9:30 am pick up. The morning of pick up, I got a what’s app message telling me the driver was waiting for us. I said, that’s odd because we are standing outside the hotel and no one is here. About 10-15 minutes later the driver showed up. The car had a broken back seat that moved back and forth everytime the car stopped or started. (It was FAR from the car in the advertisements). But, we made it to the airport, thank goodness. Due to the consistent lack of communication, I would not recommend this provider.

Good service, speedy and comfortable transfer. Please note if staying in the Medina area, this is mainly a pedestrian zone (full of mopeds) so pre-arrange a meeting point with the driver to avoid disappointment.
