Minimum age is 6 years old.
Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zip line runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great time with our guides, Eryn and Elliot. They were super enthusiastic and welcoming and conscientious about our safety. Enjoyed the zips and the sites and even feeding some chickens. This is a beautiful place that serves as a plant nursery as well. Highly recommended.

Overall a great time. The lines are fun and going through the jungle is truly what it is, jungle. The day we were there it was raining which was kind of a bummer but also very appropriate for being in the rainforest. The guides with us were great and made it more fun with stories as we went through the course. Would recommend for sure!

We have been here before a few years ago. I was happy to find this place and bring my son with us. We had fun and I highly recommend this place. The scenery is beautiful and the staff is awesome!

Elliot and Erin were the best guides, professional, but lots of fun and even took time for pictures at the end! There was a lady on our trip who had never been, and was very apprehensive, but they put her at ease and by the third run she was loving it. Beautiful scenery. Best time, highly recommend.

Very tame zip lining- not too exciting

The Zipline course was touted as “for adrenaline junkies”. This was far from the reality of the zipline course. The guides were wonderful and the snacks were appreciated, but we were a bit disappointed.

Awesome Adventure-Great Way to Step Out of the Box

Our group ages are 21-62. Kaitlyn and DJ were great at making us feel safe and secure. They were a pleasure to be around. I'm not in good shape fitness-wise but was able to climb the stairs. The experience was a little scary but it was exilerating and fantastic! Flying over the jungle was amazing! Highly recommend the company and the adventure!

The staff were great! They were welcoming and friendly. They were professional by making sure everyone was safe. The only complaint I have is that the harness straps smelled kind of bad. Other than that, my family and I had a great experience.

The Zipline experience was great! The zipline crew were also great! DJ and Bailey were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable for our first time. The only down side was the equipment, it smelled really bad! I feel like they should wash them and hang dry. I couldn’t get the smell off of my skin even after 2 showers.

We loved every part of this experience, from the experienced and professional guides, the helpful check in people and the photographer that takes the coolest pictures of you for the memories. We had family from ages 9 to 70 and everyone had a blast. This place is fantastic!
