Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.

Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The Jungle Zipline Tour was definitely one of the highlights of my Hawaiian vacation. From start to finish, the staff was welcoming and very friendly. Our group's guides, Alexa and John, were outstanding and lots of fun! Both were very friendly and informative- asking where we were from, how our vacations were going and identifying the different trees, flowers and plants along the course. The zipline course itself is a nice balance of not too intimidating for first-timers, but still thrilling for experienced zipliners (I highly recommend taking the full 8-line tour, #7 is not to be missed!) Plus you get some amazing views of the Hawaiian countryside. If you're looking for for something a little different to do on your Hawaiian vacation, I highly recommend flying through the jungle at Jungle Zipline Tours! 🤙

Fun at the ziplines

This was such a fun outing. The guides were funny and great. Since no one else booked the same time we got a private experience, so enjoyable. It was my mom’s first time zip lining ever and she had a blast.

Alex and Kim were great. The Zipline built up in sapped and length. Beginners have a chance to get used to ziplining and have spectacular views and adventures. Great for families. If you have family members that do not want to Zipline, they can walk the course for free and take pics and videos.

We are in Maui celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and one of his BIG wishes was to go ziplining through the jungle. He was not disappointed in the least! Our guides, Elliot and Eryn, made our time super fun and entertaining! The foliage is beautiful, and Eryn was very good at pointing out some of the special plant we would have possibly overlooked. Loved the sleeping grass and the strawberry guava - oh, and the ginger blossom! The scenery is really impossible to capture in a photo.

Tour guides DJ and Savannah were wonderful, friendly and funny. The zips were fun, and each a little different. They get faster and faster. Your hiking is about 1.7 miles. 2 spots to get a drink and granola bar, chickens were waiting at those locations to get a snack.
