250 pounds is the maximum weight allowed per guest. No exceptions.
250 pounds is the maximum weight...No refunds if over. 60 pounds is the minimum. Weigh-ins are mandatory, and refunds are not given if guests do not fall into this weight range.
No Prior Injuries or Surgeries Without Physician Approval
Adults must accompany minors from ages 10-17.
Guests allergic to insect stings must bring their own medication as a precaution.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Highly recommend & would do it again!

This was my second time doing the Kapalua Zipline excursion. This time we had to deal with rain and windy conditions but it was STILL SO MUCH FUN! The guides were amazing (just as our guides were five years ago) and made the experience that much more enjoyable. This is a top notch zipline company.

Had an excellent time! Collin and Zully were our guides. You could tell how much they enjoyed doing their job. A big plus were the harnesses. They were so much more comfortable than other companies use. You almost sit in it.
