    Thoroughly enjoyable trip

    Our guide, Alan (Fernando) was multilingual, friendly and very knowledgeable about Mexico City, its environs and history, as well as Teotihuacan and the Aztecs. Beyond touring the pyramids, the trip included a stop to learn about the many uses of the agave plant, including a tasting of various drinks derived from it, ie. Mescal. There was time for a bit of shopping and a stop for a nice lunch as well. Definitely a good idea to book an early trip since it gets hot as the day progresses.

    Seeing the Sun and Moon pyramids although I found the amount of walking too much and the climbing over a smaller pyramid was a bit steep.

    This was a great tour! Rafael was a knowledgeable and friendly guide, and we had several stops to see different parts of the ruins with some historical context. The early morning pickup was a little tough (time change was against us), but worth it - we could see the hot air balloons over the pyramids when we arrived, and it only got hotter and more crowded from there.

    Had a wonderful time learning about the history of Teotihacan people and pyramids. I really enjoyed my guide and thought he was knowledgeable and well practiced.

    Alan Fernando provided an excellent overview of the history of the pyramids. He also provided other information about Mexico City. Eric drove us safely to and from Teotihuacan. Highly recommend them.

    I will not recommend this tour. The tour guide Francisco spoke w/ his monotone English, boring and non interesting. He spoke fast and unclear. Good tour guide will allow you to ask questions and try to bring your interest to the matters. He's like read the description from his memories, just like the record player. The first 2 sites stayed for 20 mins each then took us to a shopping tour for 35mins. We were not interested to the shopping I wish the description itinerary included these details. Spent 1.5hrs to the Pyramid area and clearly not enough if you like history. Took us to the Mexican restaurant and without asking, he seated all 10 of us together. We were forced to stare at each others for an hour. We're not here for shopping and no, I will not recommend this tour if your prime focus is the Pyramid.

    Marcos and Francisco were excellent… So kind and caring. Marcos has soo much wisdom and knowledge. It truly was the best tour I’ve had.. an honour to listen to this man’s knowledge and love of history. Thank you soo much for a wonderful, educational day.. Francisco an amazing driver with so much patience. Marcos your a man of honour.

    Fernando gave us a very enjoyable day of interesting cultural insights, fun experiences and a great tour of the Teotlhuacan Pyramids. The early morning tour is a good idea since we were able to see the pyramids before the crowds and the hot sun arrived on the site.

    Los tours de Obsidiana y del Magüey. Buena hora para realizar el tour. Y te recogen y dejan en tu hotel.
    Demasiado rápido... poco tiempo para disfrutar de la zona arqueológica. Te quieren despachar lo antes posible.

    Escogimos este tour porque viajamos en familia con un bebé y un niño de 3 años y queríamos llegar pronto para evitar el calor. Además se suponía que el tour tenía bastante tiempo para disfrutar de la zona arqueológica ya que no había más lugares para visitar en el plan. Nos recogieron puntuales y llegamos pronto al complejo. En el autobús la guía nos fue dando explicaciones y datos interesantes, pero cuando iniciamos la visita fue demasiado rápido. Éramos un grupo pequeño, solo nosotros y otra pareja con la que hablamos y estaban totalmente dispuestos a ir un poco más lentos considerando que íbamos con dos niños y no se puede llevar carrito de bebé. Sin embargo, la guia que nos acompañaba no reducía la macha salvo cuando lo pedíamos. La sensación era que quería acabar lo antes posible... Sabían perfectamente que íbamos con dos niños ya que tuvimos que pagar casi un boleto completo por el de 3 años... al final nos perdimos la mayoría de las explicaciones... intentamos seguir el ritmo lo que pudimos pero casi no se podía ni hacer una foto en cada tramo... cuando terminamos en la zona arqueológica nos llevaron a lo que se suponía que era un taller de obsiadiana, que solo era una tienda de souvenirs... realmente no entendimos porque tanta prisa en la zona arqueológica para hacer luego allí una parada que a los que estábamos no nos interesaba...
