    Pickup locations: CDMX Historic Center (downtown), Zona Rosa, Condesa, Polanco, La Roma (In case your hotel is outside these areas, we will provide you with a meeting point). The Pickup Time, as well as the name of the driver and type of vehicle is confirmed one day before your visit, The driver will meet you outside your accommodation or at the main reception. It is important to notify us of any delays so that they can adjust the pick-up time. Please note that transportation can be shared with other guests. The pick ups will start at 8:30 am It is important to have a light breakfast before.

    Our guide Susana was both knowledgeable and charming. We loved seeing the temples of the sun and moon, the jaguar fresco. We were amazed by the echo. It was great experience of a lifetime.

    Excellent tour of Teotihuacan followed by a terrific lunch at La Cueva - highly recommended. Our guide, Elias, was very friendly and highly knowledgeable with lots of insight to share about Teotihuacan, and communication and transportation to-and-from were both seamless. A great, interesting experience at a very good value.

    Frustrating experience with this tour. The 8:50 pickup became eventually 9:40. Several revised pickup times in between meant we had to hang around expectantly waiting rather than go and do something else. The "We are going to taste typical drinks from the area" didn't happen, unless a small bottle of water counts as the typical drink. The driver could not find our drop off point even with Google Maps and it being the same as the pickup. We had to ask him to stop so that we could get out and walk. I delayed writing a review pending a partial refund request through the Viator app. There has been no response to that request.

    Gentleman, we are very sorry that this tour has not met your expectations, the partial refund has already been made (this activity was not made by decision of the group to give preference to the main activities) since this day it was very difficult to get to your location ( away from the pickup area), however we appreciate comments to improve

    Great tour, easy to book and all personal is very professional and nice. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable and our photografer Sebastián was amazing too. Highly recomend the experience.

    Very small group- 10 people. I found the two difference guides (one for the tour, one before explaining the culture) were so informative and interesting. Great value for money and would definitely recommend

    Easy to book. Transportation was provided with easy pick up to and from. The alcoholic beverages is only samples at a local shop. I thought there would be a cooler with water and alcoholic beverages included but there is not. The lunch spot was good.
    Good Tour Agenda But Timing May Not Be As Described If Important to Your Choice

    There were elements of this tour that I definitely would have left five stars for. The tour itself, as well as the amazing guide at the actual pyramids definitely were five star! However, I booked this tour specifically because of it not being an all day tour with the intention of trying to see more in Mexico City when we got back. However, for reasons that we still don’t understand, instead of everybody being asked about whether they wanted to have lunch we were told that we were having lunch, but one family in our group was taken to a different location that the rest of us were not offered. What that meant was we were delayed in leaving our lunch and then also had to wait for them in the parking lot on the bus at the other location before driving back to the city. I’m still not sure what happened or why the rest of us were not offered the same opportunity which ended up delaying us all but we got back to Mexico City so late that we weren’t able to get in something else. The people who led the trip/driver as well as the actual experience itself at the pyramids are worth going to, but if you are trying to take this tour to be able to have more time in the city, just be prepared that it may not work out that way. Or at least it didn’t for us, and we were disappointed and confused for sure as it was our last day in CDMX and was 7 hours total.

    The scale of the Temple of the Sun, our tour guide, our fellow tourists, the food afterwards. The driver allowing us a little extra time before leaving in the morning.

    Guide Susannah was personable and knoweldgeable (and an awsome photographer). It was a small interesting group and the tour was just the right length of time. Driver Ariel to and from CDMX was courteous and accommodating. Would definintely recommmend this for any ifirst time visitor to Teotihuacan.

    This tour was very well organized and informative. The main tour guide at the pyramids, Susana, was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and got to know every person in our group (10 of us). She went above and beyond to share information about the history, culture, and random tidbits about the Teotihuacan civilization. It was fascinating!

    What a thoughtfully organized experience. The team was pleasant, professional, and most importantly kind. The experience was educational, but not overwhelming. We moved at a nice pace. Susanna was a friendly and knowledgeable spirit, whom I enjoyed very much.

    This experience was fantastic. I enjoyed learning about the mineralogy of Mexico and all the uses of the agave plant from our guide prior to visiting the pyramids. Our pyramid guide, Julio, was also great. At the end, we ate lunch in a restaurant located in a cave. It was very cool. Highly recommend the experience

    Our guide was fabulous , informative and knew her history. She took our pictures and was a delight . the vendors were a problem as they made noise and made it difficult for the guides to talk

    We had a great experience! A private ride to the pyramids with a very nice driver. That continued on to the a great instructor at the pyramids she was so knowledgeable and provided us with great history and also helped take some fun photos! After we had lunch near the pyramids and then were able to leave when we were ready to go which made it easier for us to continue to do other activities. Overall great experience would recommend!

    Excellent communication with our Driver, Ari. Enjoyable ride to the pyramids. Stopped to use the restroom prior to meeting our guide, Suzi who had great energy and was knowledgeable and accommodating. After the tour, Ari picked us up and took us for a taste of local spirits then lunch and thereafter we headed back to the city to be dropped off at our Airbnb. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
