They never picked me up. Terrible communication with dispatch. Was like speaking to “The Riddler”. I will not be using them again

Good and just in time leaving us on tenterhooks as the flight was 20 mins early and after customs we did not know where to go. The whats app came after nearly 15 mins and we were anxious and lost. They need to communicate well in advance.

Unfortunately no one was waiting with a sign because the person had left to another terminal to get other people, which therefore, the sign had no value. The driver was not at the terminal yet upon arrival but arrived within 10 mins. Also, it would have been helpful to know which door they would wait at since there are multiple. After I had been waiting by door 3, they told me it was at 8. On the positive the driver was very nice and friendly.

I have traveled extensively throughout the world and have never had any issues like this. My flight was unfortunately delayed, so I arrived almost 4 hours after I was originally scheduled to arrive. The company states that they monitor flight times, so I assumed they would have seen the delay. Arriving in at almost 11pm at night, the airport was not crowded at all. I walked all over the terminal looking for the driver. I went outside and came back. I approached each person holding a sign to see if it was them. No one was there for me. I have requested a refund, but Viator has refused to issue the refund because they said the provider, Talixo, was there. That is false. I will never use Viator again for any bookings, and I would highly recommend that anyone who wants safe and reliable transportation in Mexico City use any other company than Talixo or Viator. Thieves!

Dear customer, We are really sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with this booking. However, our driver did track the plane arrival and he waited even more than 60 min (which is the included waiting time). We had to release him because we were not able to reach you, trying until 00:21 to be precise (your plane landed at 22:55) so he even waited a longer time for you. As written in your voucher, it is important that you switch your mobile phone on as soon as you land, so our driver can contact you and locate you in an easy way if we can not reach you after 60 minutes, we would need to release our driver. It is all clearly stated in our voucher. Nonetheless, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Best, Romane

El solicitar un servicio privado de taxi, es precisamente para no estar esperando largo tiempo por el transporte. Cuando llegamos no estaba listo el transporte y tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos.
