We are really sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with this booking. However, our driver did track the plane arrival and he waited even more than 60 min (which is the included waiting time). We had to release him because we were not able to reach you, trying until 00:21 to be precise (your plane landed at 22:55) so he even waited a longer time for you. As written in your voucher, it is important that you switch your mobile phone on as soon as you land, so our driver can contact you and locate you in an easy way if we can not reach you after 60 minutes, we would need to release our driver. It is all clearly stated in our voucher.
Nonetheless, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
