Our drivers wait for you in the transport room with a sign with your name, we give 1 hour of courtesy once your plane lands, remember to give us your flight number, at the hotel or the address you indicate we give 15 minutes of additional wait.

Our driver communicated with us beforehand, was responsive, and friendly. He told us a little bit about the area on our way to the hotel, even though it was a 12:30 am pickup. The van was clean and the driver was safe.
