My flight was delayed, but I sent you that information before take off in Frankfurt. I was first person out of the aircraft. Still I had to queue for almost 2h for immigration. Then I was told the time for my transfer has passed. I had to take a normal taxi and pay for that. Means I have paid twice for the same transfer since you couldn’t send me the one I paid for. Terrible service. Non existent service. Shame of you. Regards Madeleine

Disappointing service

My flight arrived at midnight, and the baggage took a while to arrive on the belt. The driver messaged me that he would only wait an hour for me. I flew business class and was literally the first person off the plane. How can there be an hour waiting limit? It’s an international flight. Luggage and customs are things passengers can’t control. Thankfully I as able to find him before the 1 hour “limit”. But I had to go find him at a specific gate/door, which was extra frustrating as I’m not familiar with the airport and the Mexico City airport is massive.

We reserved and paid for a car to take us from Juarez Airport in Mexico City toi the place we are staying at. The driver never cotacted us to let us know exactly where we would be opicked up, and the service did not respond to my messages on the Viator chat. They never answered teir 800 number when I tried to call. No one ever picked us up and we had to take a taxi instead. I am entitled to a refund and would like someone to respond and tell me that it is being made.

Main reason I booked this transfer was driver will meet us at arrival hall to avoid chaos and language barrier to take a taxi. Driver texted me in Spanish telling me to meet him outside by the sidewalk. Good thing I have google translate in my phone to find out where to meet him outside and Mexico international airport is huge with lots of exit gates. Make my long story short the driver did not met us inside arrival hall and I think I will having a better experience by using Uber

It’s unlikely I’ll use this site for car service again. Because my arrival time was later than expected, my driver left. I had to beg my driver to come back using google translate since I didn’t speak the language. Not a good experience.

Driver asked me to walk because of traffic

I arrived safely to my destination however, the service and experience was not the best. The driver was not at the airport when I arrived and was ready and they did not respond to my multiple calls and text message when I was asking for a meet up location. I eventually heard from the driver via Whatsapp. He told me he was running late. I waited an hour for him to arrive. En route to my hotel, the driver lost his patience. It was rush hour and we were stuck in traffic. He asked me to walk to my hotel. I could see from his GPS that it was a 20 minute walk. I did not feel safe walking with all my bags and luggage and refused to leave the car. After sitting in traffic for another 10 minutes, he asked me again if I would walk or consider taking the metro bus. I refused again and insisted that he try a different street to get me to my hotel. Eventually I did get to my hotel. About half a block away from my hotel he asked me to get out and walk because he did not want to deal with the traffic. This time I obliged because I could see the hotel was right in front of me. I am glad I reached my destination safely however I'd say the driver Jonathan was not very friendly or did not offer the best service to see his guest safely to the hotel. I think that if you are supposed to provide a service you should see it through. I still did tip him at the end because I appreciated that he listened to my request of taking a different route to get out of the traffic jam. He did not seem to know the city well which is why he got stuck in the alleyways.
