To identify passengers, we need flight information and we will carry a tablet with the passenger's name to identify us. We will be waiting for the passenger at the departure gate and we will offer them all the health prevention measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Refreshing drinks will be available in the vehicle.

Will be good Learning Terminals for Airlines Plus better Management.

Manager and driver were friendly; However I was picked up over 1 hour late, and at the return I had to pay for additional transportation at the airport because driver does not know the terminals for the airlines. Even though I mentioned prior to the dates several times on the page & whatsapp the airlines, flight # and time. As well as, I did not have wifi connection directly at the airport. Both ways inconvenience.

Nobody was waiting for me at the airport. When I called to ask they said something was happening but that if I waited a while they would now send someone. I was never notified that they couldn’t pick me up. Ended up canceling my service with them!
