Very poor service.

There were no directions on where to meet. We waited in the terminal where other services were waiting for their customers with name signs. After about 30 minutes another driver service helped me find the phone number. After several phone calls they finally told me to go out door 8 and meet Francisco. After 2 more phone calls I got a text from Francisco that he was on his way. The ride was fine and we got to our destination. The reservation said English speaking driver. Francisco did not speak English and took over an hour to get to pick us up.
