This is a must the tour guide George was above all of our expectations. Also the tour takes like 3 maybe 4 hours have extra time after to look into the other exhibits because only one is included with his narration which to be fair the museum is absolutely massive plan to be there all day if you love that sorta thing

But the time came that with so much interruption and with time running out for a correct development, remember that I told you to be a little patients because if you followed the development of my narratives you would surely hear the answers. Missed out on a great tour and guide

Although I was disappointed and out 300$ . I will not be leaving a negative review. I recommend George call customers the day before so everyone has clear expectations. We gave Uber the address and due to closures we got left near the museum instead of castle. The worst part was we had no phone service to get a hold of George. He did try to contact us but with no cell service we did not receive any messages. George did what he was supposed to. It is unfortunate that we did not get a tour and paid for it . George better communication days in advance can make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

The Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Castle are must-visit places in Mexico City and with Jorge along your side that’s all you need. The Museum of Anthropology showcases incredible artifacts and exhibits that provide a deep insight into Mexico's rich history and diverse cultures. The Chapultepec Castle, located in Chapultepec Park, offers breathtaking views of the city and houses a fascinating collection of historical artifacts. Both places are definitely worth exploring with Jorge! 🏰🌎

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Jorge. I am visiting Mexico City for a limited number of days. I wanted to take a tour that would give me the a thorough historical information but not overwhelm me with information that I wouldn’t be able to remember once I got back home and Jorge did just that. I really enjoyed an educational and lively tour with Jorge. Before even arriving, he sent a personal message which eased my worries traveling to a new place. The website clearly states the location, timeline, and what is included in the tour. He also communicated promptly his early arrival to help locate each other quickly. My friend’s only request was for a historical tour during our stay in Mexico, and Jorge exceeded our expectations! For us, we enjoyed the free time on our own for reflection while seeing all the sites. We wanted to avoid a tour guide that stays with us the whole time for such a large space and having to keep up just with them for the sake of seeing everything - Museum of Anthropology is huge! The english speaking tour with Jorge was professional, kind, and informative with all of our questions answered. He has a talent being able to integrate storytelling and his academic training into the tour. Lastly as a female traveler, I felt safe. I wish I had more time to book additional tours!

Worst guide ever

The guide was only interested in telling us how knowledgeable he is. The tour was supposed to last 3:30 hours. Met us at 2 pm promptly Walked up the castle - gave us 40 min on our own in the castle ( as he is not allowed to go inside !) Then we walked to the anthropology museum. Showed us limited part of one room in 30 min and said goodbye to us by 4:20 pm for us to explore the museum on our own. Well if we wanted that wouldn’t have taken a guided tour.

This only makes me want to take your perspective into account as soon as possible and make sure it doesn't happen again. I will try to continue keeping all my clients happy as I have always done because it is my number one priority and I would not like to suffer another respectable opinion like the one I am receiving from you since day by day and Tour by tour I always try to keep my quality standards high, my explanations accurate, documented and that my Clients also enjoy free time to take photos and to explore places and rooms not visited with me with pleasure and freedom. The Tour says that it is for Clients who are visiting these interesting museums for the first time. The Tour says that it will be a 30-minute walk, which is the total distance from the Meeting Point to the Castle and then from the Castle to the Anthropology Museum. The tour says that it will be 1:30 minutes per museum and that it will be half the time with my explanations and the other half free time in each Museum (I mean: without me because practically all of my clients thank me that after my explanations They can enjoy freedom and feel free even when on a tour). Therefore, and with all my respect, I am sure that perhaps your expectations were high for getting to know them and for me to explain both museums in their entirety, but honestly, 3 hours will never be enough. Receive my cordial greeting and again and as advice: there are Specialized Tours for example only for the Museum of Anthropology of 4, 5, ... and even 8 hours and believe me they will never be enough to get to know the museum in its entirety. And also regarding the Anthropology Museum it is clearly written in the Tour Explanation that only the Azteca Room will be visited. Understand that the Museum of Anthropology has 22 rooms! I wish you the best Mr. Sumeet and I promise you that I will try not to receive any more comments like yours since I will continue to strive to continue receiving excellent comments as I always receive them. Because guiding is my passion and my experiences and university knowledge acquired in ethnology and anthropology will always be a pleasure to share with all my clients just as I did with you. Take good care of yourself and I promise to improve. Thank you. By the way (and with all my respect): The Tour started at 2 pm punctually and ended at 5:35 pm. Thanks again.
